Bruno's Italian BistroA stand out!Tucked away in a group of shops off Evans and Monaco is a great neighborhood gem of an Italian restaurant that is equally suitable for a weeknight dinner or for a special occasion. The food and service are great and the ambience is relaxing with white table linens, candles and beautiful water color paintings on the walls. I took some friends there for a special thank you night out. They said they would definitely return.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMDependable and ReasonableBruno's is located some distance from our house, so we don't get to go there often. But, when we do, we always enjoy it. The meals are authentic Italian, delicious and reasonably priced. The service is consistently good and the ambience is friendly, relaxed and customer oriented. I had ziti and my wife had fettuccini alfredo. Both were very good, especially the alfredo. We started by sharing a caprese rollatini, which was delicious. We had gelato for desert and it too was very good. One of the things that impresses me most about Bruno's is the wine list: while it's not large, it's quite adequate - and the price/quality ratio is excellent. I highly recommend Bruno's for a relaxed, authentic Italian meal.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGrest neighborhood spotWe found this by place by online reviews and were sceptical of it when we arrived based on the shopping center location. But the food was very good, traditional Italian, the wine was really well priced, and we felt like locals who were in the know about a great little unassuming neighborhood spot.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstandingThe food was delicious and enough for a second meal! We had salmon and eggplant parmiagiana which each came with a good salad and the Italian bread served with a tasty olive, garlic and olive oil combination for dipping. The service was just right and the atmosphere comfortable and pleasant.5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food as well as serviceGreat food as well as service everyone was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate our entire party.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMreviewer12we had an antipasto for 3 plus a nice bottle of chardonnay plus entree and coffee and found the price to be reasonable. We had the veal parmesan and a chicken dish. We made substitutions that were allowed cheerfully. Everything was very very good and we enjoyed th dinner and the service. We recommended it to our friends and they reported a similar experience. We now have a go to neighborhood restaurant with first class food.5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMDining OUTEverything was very good. It seemed like they were a little short handed. Our waiter was running!Once he noticed that we had not been waited on yet. He rushed over and apologized for the wait,And he was very attentive. Beyond that everything was very good.
We were glad to see them participate in "Dinig Out".
We will return, And recommend this restaurant.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMCarrieLWhen looking from the outside, this place is in an old strip mall, but don't turn around. This place is wonderful. The food is great and the staff is very friendly.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThis may be the best ItalianThis may be the best Italian food I've found in Denver...for that matter some of the best Italian foodie ever had!4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMwe had a very nice dinnerwe had a very nice dinner the food was great and the wine to service was very good and it was very nice for the whole family4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Italian in DenverBruno's is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Denver area. The staff is always attentive and helpful, and very appreciative that you are there. Everything I have had on the menu is fantastic. You HAVE to start with the Italian Margarita. We can't pass up the mozzarella appetizer. I had the Chilean Seabass special on this visit, and it was incredible. Beautiful white fish, seared perfectly and flavorfully. We look for reasons to dine out at Bruno's!4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMBruno's was a bit hard toBruno's was a bit hard to find, hidden in the back of a non-descript strip center, but it was well worth the search. The food was excellent, especially the Chicken Marsala...to die for! The portions are VERY generous and we took at least a full meal home too! Don't miss this neighborhood gem where the owner personally greets you and checks in frequently to make sure everything is to your liking!4/11/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicious!!We had a special dinner for six, meeting the new in-laws for the first time, and wanted it to be just right. Bruno's did not disappoint! The food was excellent -- I had pork shank and my wife had a chicken/pasta dish, both well prepared. We had some Chianti. Suggestions to Brunos: One very small dish of olive oil is inadequate for a party of six. I asked twice for some more, did not come until the third ask to another waiter.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect place for Italian foodIt’s simple, if you want quality Italian food you drive over to Bruno’s. The food is paradise for your taste buds. The service was excellent and prices are affordable.
The daily specials are fantastic and I recommend the mixed seafood with pasta, one of the best specials.
I will be going back whenever I’m in the mood for Italian.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Italian restaurant. This is a GREAT Italian restaurant. The food is good and the owner/chef always comes out to great us.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMTry this favorite spot of mineThis year's 52.80 event brought a friend and I(again) to Buno's. We selected the red snapper which another friend had recommended. It was succulent! I do want to return when they have the pork shank in a wine sauce on the menu. I don't think I could ever have enough of that. I like the open spaciousness and light from translucent windows, which are enhanced by large circles of clear glass. The music was mostly operas I enjoy and wasn't too loud. A lovely evening.2/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
