A word from Brunello Ristorante Italiano
People say Italians don't eat to live, they live to eat. Life revolves around their food culture.
It's about simple preparation of a few quality ingridients, and it's always 'delizioso'.
But it isn't just about the food, it's about taking the time to enjoy life while eating.
At Brunello, we hope you'll find a little piece of Italy and enjoy great food, great wine and great company.

Brunello Ristorante Italiano is consistently good, reasonably priced and one of the best kept secrets on Snoqualmie Ridge. We have been there many times and we have never had a bad experience. I know if you try Brunello Ristorante Italiano it will become one of your favorite restaurants.

I ordered salmon, and while it was ok, it wasn't spectacular. The others at our table were highly satisfied with their choices. I was given a choice to exchange my meal for the other item I had considered, for no charge, which I found incredibly generous. Had I been hungrier I would have accepted and I am guessing would have been quite pleased. Every other meal I have eaten here has been excellent.

Our first dining dinner experience at Brunello's was so good that I returned w/ friends for a birthday lunch. Both times the food was wonderful. This is not an exceptionally fancy restaurant but rather a small establishment that might be missed driving by it. The menu is extensive & reasonably priced for lunch. My friend had the lunch special which was $7.95 & a generous serving. I thought the dinner prices were a little high but not unreasonable. There is both inside/outside dining which is dependent on decent weather to dine outside. The server was attentive but not hovering annoyingly. I would return again.

Everything we ate was great tasting but not what was ordered. Suggestion to the wait staff would be to know their menu and write down a customers order. We weren't the only couple there that night that didn't get what was ordered. The sun bakes through the windows so if you go before sun set bring your sunglasses or site outside, it's cooler and you won't look foolish with your sunglasses on indoors.

The food was absolutely amazing! But what turned me off so much was the service. The waiters and other employees were all snooty in a self-entitled way. They were rude to each other in front of customers. And just had a bad air with them. They acted bothered that we chose this place to eat for the night. Would love to experience the food again, but not the staff.

This was our third trip to this restaurant. On our first two trips we found the service to be a little slow. On this trip the service was not only slow but rude. The front office team (husband and wife?) seemed to be angry with each other, and they took it out on the staff within hearing distance of the entire restaurant. The man up front (owner?) became stressed as the restaurant filled up and he started to rake his hands through his hair from front to back to front again. He then picked up entrees for diners and delivered them to the table. My husband's lasagna was not hot in the center, neither was the man's who came in 1/2 hour after us. The young man serving water and clearing plates spent the entire time apologizing to each table.

The server was not as enthusiastic as one might hope. He did not really show any kind of energy or interest in selling their menu. This downer was completely off set by the quality of the food. Both dishes we ordered were very flavorful. We will go back.

The entree we had was good, however the bruschetta appetizer was lack luster. I've never had a bruschetta that didn't have fresh mozzarella on it. When we asked the waiter about it he seemed rude and said they never do. The bread was completely soggy and it was bland without the flavor and saltiness of the mozzarella cheese. The waiter seemed irritated with us and hardly appeared at our table. Without the group on we used we wouldn't be going there and probably won't return. There are so many other great Italian restaurants to choose from.

We arrived with a Groupon in hopes of finding a regular Italian eatery. It turned out not to be. The server was unsure of wine selection, and had to ask the manager for help in recommending one of the two Barolos on the menu. When asked about the menus items, he replied that he doesn't eat there because he gains weight. This shut us down. Partner enjoyed his meal. Mine was warm-cool served on a cold plate.

We went on a Saturday night, plenty of room no need for reservation. Thought there were lots of great choices on the menu, we both really enjoyed our meal. We'd definitely return again. Noticed that they had a gorgonzola sauce we'd like to try, but only offered on the gnocci, would have loved to have seen that with some type of chicken pasta dish. Service was very good up until the very end, only gripe was that after we asked for our check, we waited at least 15 minutes, if not longer, as we watched our waiter tinker around and move some wine glasses in a cabinet as if we didn't exist. The restaurant was about a 1/3 full, and he was clearly NOT slammed. Weird.

It was a very pleasant dining experience. The waiter was friendly and attentive and did a great job. My husband and I had the lasagna and it was delicious! We could only eat half of it and each of us took the other half home with us to have the next day for lunch. Their coffee is the best - even the decaf! We both love good coffee and they know how to brew it to perfection! It has a relaxed atmosphere and we both enjoyed it very much. This is the 2nd time we have eaten there - the first time we dined outside. Sort of reminded me of being in Europe many years ago!

This restaurants is in a new neighborhood in Snoqualmie on the ridge people, not in the old down town area! The restaurant is small so nice and quiet and great ambience. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. The food , all of it, was excellent! Good sized portions as well. The wine list was my favorite, we were here on a monday and they have selected wines at half off! This is a bargain ,if i were to live in this neighborhood i would eat here every monday!

Brunello has a very nice menu and wine list. The items are very similar to the menu at Issaquah's Montelcino restaurant. Unfortunately, while good, the sauces just missed the mark. We had two pasta dishes. The pasta itself was fine, but the sauces lacked the depth and intensity one woul expect in a $13 bowl of pasta. This is the first restaurant we have visited where the waitstaff was dressed more poorly than even the most casual customer. For the money, if you want a fine Italian dinner, make the short trip to Issaquah.
