The waiter initially messed up my order, when I brought this to his attention he immediately had the kitchen work on my entree. He even offered me a free beer and dessert, too bad I was watching my carbs that weeknight or else I would have taken him up on it. But this is just another example of the great service I always get at Brunello.

Brunello had amazing food. I was very happy in taking a chance to go there. It was very pricey and even though the restaurant was not busy the service was super slow. I would still recommend going if you love Italian food.

I booked dinner for 8 people for a 50th birthday celebration, and the restaurant did a super job in working with me. Upon reservation, Mario called me to inquire about a possible cake (I ended up not needing it, as one of my guests brought a cake), and he offered to arrange for one.
The restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday night (come on people, give Brunello's a try - you won't be disappointed!), and the service was fast (not sure what some people complained about) and very courteous. Our server (Jackie) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food and wine were excellent. I had the Filet Mignon, which was delicious!
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, and would definitely return.

Unfortunately, the service was slow. This meant that the food came out a bit overcooked, having sat under the hot plate for a while.
The Baked Gouda appetizer, which took almost an hour to come out, was good. Everything else was mediocre.

Brunello Bistro was a fine alternative for a Friday night meal. The service was was very good. Nice wine selection. Entrees were expensive and sadly were tepid when arrived. We are not the type to send food back but it was disappointing to have such an expensive entree arrive and not be piping hot. The restaurant was not that busy so I am not sure why that happened. Unfortunately, we will think twice before trying it again.
