Put some South in yo' Mouth! at Brother Jimmy's BBQ located on 8th Avenue and 31st Street. We accept reservations for parties up to 12 guests. Please call us if you need a larger party booking. Reservations require a $10 food per person minimum.

"It was definitely a good idea to make reservations that evening. Thanks to the General manager Frank for setting us up and then coming over to greet us. Food was better than I thought it would be. Great place to watch sports. Our server, Emily was really nice to us all. Hope to come back again the next time I'm going to the Garden."

"Good Ribs, good sides, very good pecan pie. Friendly service. This is a good bbq joint by Madison Square Garden and if I'm in the mood for bbq and I'm in the neighborhood I'll go again. Big bar crowd, at least before the Knicks game. Atmosphere is loud and energeticl"

"Always have a good time here, but it's very noisy, even when there is not a game going on at The Garden. You really have to yell to have a conversation. But the food is very good, large portions (even with a healthy appetite, you're bringing home a doggy bag). Waitresses are very friendly and helpful. A big problem is that the West 31st Street restaurant is not ADA accessible, which is not good since all of the table seating is on an upper floor."

"The ribs were nicely smoked. The northern style were my favorite. The pulled pork was a bit too vinegary for our taste. It overPowered the flavor of the meet. Service was excellent."

"We did have some issues in reference to our order. The waitress did not write down our order. She used her memory which is not a problem but she also had a large party to attend to. Our order came back wrong several times. I spoke with the manager and he did his due diligence and took care and took care of us at the end. I am not sure if we would go back to that location. I would prefer the one near 14th street in NYC"
