The appetizers were great for initiating the new ones to taste the different varieties. Vietnamese food is still foreign to many people, so I was very happy to show them how to eat some of the great food there. Perhaps, as a suggestion, the restaurant could voluntarily offer as a service to "novices" some tips on which sauce goes with which food, how to wrap the vegetables with the rolls, etc. so that they may enjoy the food to the fullest.
