The plates are beautifully presented and the menu items are creative and tasty. Due to the fact that the Bistro is inside a school building, you will not be able to have cocktails or wine with your dinner, but that wasn't a problem for our family. We went on Tapas Night so each of us were able to order 5 different menu items. We especially liked the stuffed Peppadew Peppers and the steak and chicken tacos. The food was delicious and the students are experiencing a real world business. The dining room and kitchen are both beautiful . The food always excels, whether it be a student run dinner or one of the various guest chefs who come in to work w/ the students. This dinner was Chef Debbie Gold from the American and it was amazing as usual.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
