This was our second dining experience at Brizola. It is an elegant, and top quality restaurant. The food was excellent and refreshing, portions more than adequate. A pleasurable dinner experience. Ipad menus are a tremendous futuristic way to order your meal. Viewing your food items on the menu exactly the way it is presented to you is exceptional. Wait staff was professional, personable, and attentive. My husband and I will definitely return. Entering through the casino is the only negative for me. Consider a separate/private entrance to the restaurant.

Brizola was surprisingly disappointing. It is absolutely gorgeous, but the hostesses and server were subpar as was the food. The staff didn't seem as professional as they could've been and didn't take the time to talk to us (ask if we've been there before, tell us about menu items, etc.). The food portions were nice sized (bigger than many fine dining restaurants), but the food just didn't have a wow factor. It was ok, just not memorable. The menus are on ipads, and you can select menu items to see pictures on the ipads. They seem to have a unique drink menu with some interesting martinis served smoking (dry ice?) and definitely have potential as a very forward thinking establishment. I'd go back for drinks but not to eat. Very pricey!

  • We asked for a window seat

    Dined on 2/14/2013
We asked for a window seat and they indicated the only seats near the window were 4 or 6 (there were only two of us). We were there for almost two hours and none of the window seats were utilized - they sat us right next to the entrance to the kitchen - so there was in and in constantly. Wondered why the window seats were not reserved but they would not give them up. The food was excellent but because of the lack of customer service by not allowing us to sit at the window I will have a hard time going back. Attention to detail missed somewhere! Lots of staff back and forth all night - alittle to much wondering around by the staff - most appeared to not have anything to do.
