"Went to Bristol for my Birthday, had an $25 off entree card in the mail. Fantastic food and service. No manager visit until after we presented our birthday card. Also, noted in our Open Table reservation that it was a birthday celebration. Upon arrival and checkin, host did not offer a Happy Birthday and did not tell the server (or server did not acknowledge) that it was a special occasssion. The tools are there, why wouldn't you use them? People don't take the time to write special things in their reservations if they wouldn't appreciate it being acknowledged. Overall service and food is always good, but no extra mile effort. With MANY other restaurants next door, every detail counts."

"We had received a gift certificate to Bristol and went with another couple to try it out. When we walked in we immediately noticed the gorgeous bar. The hostesses were very nice, and we had immediate service as soon as we got to our table. Our waitress was wonderful throughout our dinner, and the food was amazing. We were very pleased with our visit to Bristol and will make sure to come back soon."

"I made a 7:30 reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were driving from Spring Hill, KS to downtown and were running late, so we rushed, had to find parking, and got to the Bristol in the nick of time to find out our table was not ready for us. We waited 10 minutes when the hostess came over to offer us a high-top round table in the bar. We said no, we had made a reservation for the dining room. After another 10 minutes the hostess pointed to a booth in the bar area, again this is not what I had in mind. Obviously our table was given to another party. Had I known we were going to have to wait that long we would have gone to the bar for a drink or better yet not driven like crazies to be on time."

"Food was extremly overpriced and average at best. We took our 14 year old son to Bristol to celebrate his birthday and came away very disappointed in the food and service. It was 25 years since the last time we had dined at Bristol and it will be that long before we return."
