They were out of their most popular appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, by 7 pm. Brio is a great restaurant so we will go back, just hoping not to have another experience like this one again. Btw, the manager apologized and comped some of the meal which was very nice for him to do."

  • "Upon arriving, I was greeted with unsmiling faces, which included two managers. They gave me a feeling of being unwelcomed. Even when they periodically passed our table, their faces still wore a grim look. In addition, the noise level was very loud to the degree that I asked my guest to move his chair closer to me so that I could hear him. The seating was very congested, and the moving of my guest's chair made it possible for him to avoid being bumped into by those who had to frequently passed by. Our servers, Beth and Andrew were fine, and must be acknowledged for their effort and smiling faces which made our night bearable. I honestly do not believe I will dine at Brio again."

  • "Celebrating my wife's birthday with our children. Food was good as always. restaurant was very busy and our waiter had another large party to attend to in a side dining room. At times, our waiter was MIA with regard to drink refills, etc. We sat at a square table (4-top) in front of the dessert pass. My wife is 5' 11", I am 6' 3", my 15 year old son 6' 5", and my 7 year old daughter were rather cramped at the table jockeying for leg room as well as stacking dishes (drink glasses, plates, etc.) the table was cramped and far too small for 4 guests. My suggestion, party of 4...request a rectangular table along the windows (much roomier)"

Had to ask for the brunch menu. Server (the bartender) was uniterested in actually serving and the food was bland. Big disappointment."

Inside edge was yellow and tasted like it had not been washed. Both ordered filets, medium rare. Wife's came out perfect, mine was obviously over done. An observant waiter should have noticed both issues and corrected the dishes before serving."

  • "We were so happy there was no "Special Valentine's menu" for $100+ for us. We chose what we wanted and were very happy with the meal. Yummy and nicely presented! Our waitress was very nice as well as hostess and other people at the restaurant! PS tip for the restaurant: for such holidays as Valentine's it would've been nice to have a flower and a candle on the table!;) But thank you very much for your coupon on the way out "Thank you for being our Valentine". We will be back soon!"

  • "We enjoyed our food experience. In fact we could not decide on an appetizer so the waiter brought us a tasting. How wonderful! I had never seen that before, especially on a busy Friday night on Valentines Day! We like the variety and unique choices of entrees. For example shrimp & crab cakes. Yum! My lamb chops were yummy and there were 6 single cut chops. Moist tender with a yummy veal sauce. The wedding soup was very home made tasting. The only issue we had is that we had 2 servers who both asked us the same questions. They should have communicated with each other more. They asked us are you ready for your order or would you like a drink both times we had just given our orders to the other server. We do love Brios!"

It was over cooked and very dry made worst by the fact that the server never replenished our water or asked if we wanted another drink. The experience was a bit disappointing."

This time, the waitress got our order wrong. When the food came out and the error was discovered, the manager took responsibility, apologized, and corrected the error quickly. Would have been nice for him to offer some sort of compensation....free dessert, discount on the meal, etc. Still one of our fav go-to lunch spots."
