Diner Reviews
  • "Family in from out of town with picky eaters. Landed here as I knew it would appeal to all. Beef carpaccio was excellent. Pass on the crab fondue. My veal was excellent not over cooked. Pasta Alfredo was a bit heavy in sauce but overall a good meal"

  • "I've eaten at Brio's before and the Lamb Chops were better the first time than this time. Other than that I was pleased as we celebrated my son's birthday."

  • "The staff and food were awesome. Out of town guests are still raving about the experience."

  • "My portion size was sooooo small def not worth $18. Was pretty upset about this. I think it's a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of food."

  • "The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Didn't notice until I got home that I was charged $3.95 for the bread. I didn't know they were charging for bread now. I didn't even touch the bread. This is the only negative. Otherwise, everything else was amazing!"

  • "The severer kept disappearing for extended periods of time and was not attentive to the table despite the fact that the restaurant was not even halfway full. Despite the fact that the food was good, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience."

  • "We enjoyed the food. Quality and quantity. Friends waiter, but had to ask for water to be refilled. The only bad flaw was a couple of pesky flies!!! Really persistant flies, who would not leave. Perhaps, the waiter could have moved us? Or certainly in the food industry, there is something (product) that would lure flies away !! That part was embarrassing to me as the host of my table of friends."

  • "We love Brio & have been there 40 to 50 times since it opened 13 years ago...consistently very good food, service, atmosphere and value!!"

  • "This restaurant is in the neighborhood and a nice, reliably good choice for dining. Diverse menu that is well prepared. The noise level is high when the restaurant is full. Nice to see the kitchen preparing the meals. Will go back as we have done over the years."

  • "Sent back a watery Martini after only a sip and was given a credit of $7.32 for a $9.50 Martini. STUPID way to short your customers!"

  • "We have been to Brio several times and it is consistently good! Great to take 3 small grandchildren to as well as a night out with adults only"

  • "Brio's as usual was a real joy! You are never disappointed there!"

  • "Even though we had made our reservation several days in advance, the restaurant did not have our table ready when we arrived at 12:30pm. The waiter took us to the table, and then suddenly realized it was not set up. Our party had to stand and wait while tables were put together and the table set. It was also next to a door which each time it was opened by a waiter to go to the patio there was a rush of warm air. I advised the manager that I was not pleased with the way our party had been handled when we arrived, and the only think I got from him was a blank stare! I would not go back to this restaurant in the future."

  • "Great Summer night and the only issue is the same one Brio has had since Buckhead turned over (new building underway should help but that is still a long way off) and that is the people from the street coming up on the Brio patio to ask for money... It happened no less than 9 times. It is a real problem for the establishment that overall - for a chain - does a noce job with their dishes and service.... "

  • "Thanks, Brio, for making my birthday celebration absolutely delightful. With our reservation we were seated immediately, servers were very attentive, the food was great and we weren't rushed. We'll be back again and again!"

  • "Always come there for carpaccio, and so happy it now comes in smaller portion for lunch."

  • "The hostess was fabulous and made us feel very welcome. Each course was deliciious and all four of us tasted everything. We alll agreed that the Peach Bilinis were worth coming back for!"

  • "I've eaten at Brio numerous times. Each time the food was very good and the servers eager to please. Their flat breads are offered in multiple interesting varieties and are delicious. They have a wide selection on their menu. The prices are moderate."

  • "I've eaten here many times, but this was the first time for the couple I was with. They loved it, especially the fact that the shared portions of their salad & main were still nicely arranged. It was also nice to see their generous gluten-free menu which was new. "

  • "One of our party ordered a salad without mushrooms. It had A LOT of mushrooms. My steak was supposed to be medium rare - it was medium to med well. Waitress never checked back after food was served. Once she FINALLY came back it was because we asked another waiter to get her. They took the price of the salad off the bill. I don't want to feel like a complainer when I am at dinner to get what we ordered. Not coming back."

  • "Restaurant was nice and relaxed. The wait staff was very attentive. Good variety of food, at our table we ordered steak, ravioli and mahi-mahi. Everyone enjoyed their entrée. As we are back in the Buckhead area of Atlanta again we will look to visit Brio Tuscan Grille again. "

  • "This was our first visit to the Buckhead location and we got the most part we loved it. My wife wasn't totally happy with her dish but that still didn't ruin the experience. Thanks to Mike for great service and we'll definitely be back. "

  • "The food was very good but the service was lacking. The server seemed to confuse very easily with simple orders maybe he was new. "
    Dined on 5/4/2014
  • "I LOVE the consistency of the food served - if I ordered it before & loved it, I KNOW it will be the same any time I return. "

  • "The food was great! But the service was definitely slacking. My glass was empty for more than half of my time there and even when I asked the waiter to refill my and my group's glasses, we had to wait a good ten minutes for it to actually get done. But it was a nice restaurant. Really cool place. "

  • "Brio is consistent; the food is very tasty, prices are reasonable, the menu is diverse;so everyone can find something they like. The ambiance is pretty, has a spacious "open feel" and the tables are not crammed up close to other tables. I like restaurants where you can hear each other talk and have the space to get out of your seat with out upsetting the diners around you. "

  • "I've come to Brio before and my previous dishes were better. I had crab cakes and they were quite small. My potatoes were overcooked and the broccoli looked like it it came from a frozen bag. We ate outside and their patio was nice. The waiter was pretty good, he was nice enough to comp our drinks because there was some difficulty getting my frequent diner information in the system and one of the checks was incorrect. I may return I'm not sure. My food was really underwhelming. "

  • "Perimeter location quality of food is far more superior and tastier even if the recipes are the same."

  • "Enjoyed the restaurant and the food. Lots of young people going to the prom. They were fun t o see and made for nice ambiance."

  • "You are never disappointed at Brio's! The food is wonderful. I've never had anything there that I didn't t like Service is always prompt but not rushed! Betty Guffin"

  • "We celebrated my mother's 85th birthday there. The atmosphere was perfect. They gave us a room that off to the side of the main dining room so it felt like we had a private room. The service was excellent and the food was very good."
    Dined on 4/5/2014
  • "We enjoy Brio for their consistency and quality. Always a good meal and service"

  • "My wife and I had a very good experience. The servers and management were very attentive. Will be back !"

  • "I've dined at Brio previously and have always enjoyed the food. Their calamari is not lightly battered with flavorful sauces. I had the steak salad which was very good. My only criticism is that I would have preferred mixed greens to iceberg lettuce. My friend had shrimp risotto. It was creamy and delicious. Brio offers the mini desserts. They looked good but our entrees were too filling to try them. Brio is reasonably priced and an enjoyable experience."

  • "After we realized we would have preferred a gift card from visa so we were not trapped using it there. Dirty floors, menu aso so. Houston's is a better value."
    Dined on 3/23/2014
  • "[I wanted to write some nice things, but Open Table's STUPID character limit will not let me do so. Thus, here is bad stuff.] Waiter forgot to bring cocktail, so I cancelled it after entree came. Since restaurants make obscene profits on alcohol, it was their loss. My son ordered off the child's menu, and included the add-on meat sauce on ravioli. The kitchen failed to add the meat sauce. I pointed it out to the waiter, who asked if we wanted meat sauce brought to the table, or if we wanted the dish re-done. We asked for it to be re-done. A manager took my son's meal off our bill without us asking, which was good. Overall, food was OK. The carpaccio was very good. This meal was just kind of a blah experience."
