Our decision to go here was a last minute one to do other neighborhood restaurants being booked. My party was greeted pleasantly and promptly and our special needs were met. I ordered the pasta special of the day and it was fabulous. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the flavors of the ingredients, octopus, grape tomatoes, olives, herbs and capers all combined to the perfect potpourri of flavors that awakened and pleasured my taste buds after an extremely long work day. As an Italian myself I highly recommend Brio for its food - take the eggplant melanzane as a starter! The prices are very fair and the quality of the food is at a high standard. Food was very good, service was good - even though it was very busy and one of our oders was held up. Still - the staff was on top of this and it was not an issue. In a neighborhood known with a dense array of restaurants, we are lucky to have this one added to the mix. It is unique in that you don't have to break the bank or scream across the table. Best part is it isn't fully discovered yet...so you can usually get a reservation same day too. the 20 foot ceilings and dim lighting really make the experience feel special.
