We had requested a quiet table and we got a lovely table right at the front window which was delightful and quiet enough for all of us to talk throughout our meal. Our whole experience was great - the food was delicious, the service attentive and thoughtful, the ambience fashionable and upscale. All in all, we would highly recommend Brio and plan to return again. We sat in the back dining area overlooking Lexington Ave. It was much quieter than the front (61st Street). We enjoyed pizza and salad. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza and the toppings...just like (better than) homemade. Salad fresh and not drowning in dressing. Everything was just perfect! Everyone enjoyed the grilled baby artichokes, the spinach cheese ravioli and tomato penne. Nothing fancy but was really good, and service was very prompt and friendly. The sangiovese wine they have by the glass is really good.
Setting is simple, but nice with "popart" paintings (that drew my kids' attention).
