We were seated near the windows (which made it bright and cheery), and the server immediately took our drink orders. Since it was a holiday, they had a brunch menu. Many of us ordered omelettes. I had a granny smith, brie, and spinach omelette that was delicious and we all agreed that the roasted red potatoes were amazing. They get their bread from Great Harvest Bread Co. next door and it was very good. My mom got the eggs Benedict, and thought they were excellent. I will not win mother of the year for ordering my four-year-old a side order of fries (picky eater), but he was happy and the fries were tasty. The ambiance was family friendly, with a bit of 'posh'. This is a place a family can go and be comfortable, a girls night out, or for a romantice dinner with your sweetie! The food was impeccable. We selected the Brighton Bar &Grille many years ago, based on one friend's recommendation.. The menu is varied and their soups are excellent. The participants included 3 from a company in Korea. Finding a quiet room for the dinner meeting was essential.
