"Our first experience with the Bridgewater was not good - very, very slow service. Jeremy, the F&B Manager, persuaded us to return and we have now been there twice more. Both times, the food was very good and the service was friendly and fast, as well. We will be "regulars" from now on. It is close to home, has great food, a lovely dining room and patio and very nice staff who make us feel welcome and well cared for."

"This was not at the bridge water grill. It was a wedding reception setting in the golden hotel. Hitch was fine but I was anticipating the nice view and ambiance of the restaurant and not the pink and purple decorated chairs of the meeting rooms in the hotel. Wouldn't have booked it if I had known. Service was good and food was adequate for a hotel brunch, not really $30 a plate kind of atmosphere."

"The salmon was the best I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly and the flavor of the sauce melded with the flavor of the fish.

The appetizers and desert were less than impressive.

It took forever to get our food and although the wait staff was friendly, they didn't check up on us very often (I had to ask for more water each time I needed it.)"

"We arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our dinner until 8 p.m. The server wasn't the problem...the kitchen staff was slower than molasses on a cold January morning. If the restaurant was smart they'd find a kitchen staff that cared about customer service. Good food is nice but taking 90 minutes to get it is unacceptable. I'd hate to be the wait staff having to apologize to their customers all evening."

"Usually we love Bridgewater Grill & the food is always great but Friday night the service was VERY slow. If took almost a half hour just to get our drinks and rolls. I' not sure if they were short staffed but it didn't seem extra busy. It took just about an hour to get our meals after they were ordered and my daughter was starving. As stated before, the service was pleasant and the food was good but I hope next time we go it is quicker."

"It was really nice restaurant. We went and did the 5280 Restaurant week. Not a busy restaurant. We sat in the bar prior to dinner. Service was excellent and the food was tasty. I think I wouldn't do the 5280 again. Did not feel like we go our money's worth on that deal (esp if you order the vegetarian option), but otherwise it was a nice night. Would go back on a summer evening for a patio dining experience."
