Breeze RestaurantNice Evening DiningMy daughter met me at the Century Plaza Hotel for dinner. We decided to try the hotel's fine dining option instead of catching a cab to a local L.A. restaurant. It was a great choice. The food was perfectly prepared and very good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere enjoyable. We went on a Friday night and was surprised to find no wait and many available tables. That's why I'm taking time to write the review. It's worth stopping by!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMJust right for lunch in a pinchFor this review I am strictly going off of this visit: It was during work with a colleague. We both were pinched for time and were running late. They were very accommodating and service was friendly plus very fast. We had the daily soup and half of a sandwich. Both were good. We still got out in time.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is one of the nicer hotelThis is one of the nicer hotel restaurants around and a great place for a business lunch in Century City.6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMSecond year attending forSecond year attending for Mother's Day brunch - well done!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThere were 7 of us lunchingThere were 7 of us lunching before heading to the airport following a convention in LA. The restaurant was very busy but we informed our waitress that we were under time constraints. She did a nice job taking care of us. Our food did take a bit longer than we hoped but the restaurant was pretty crowded. We were all served at the same time and the food was perfect. We all loved our selections (btw, great menu!!) and were off to the airport in a good amount of time. I'd love to go back as there were severa other items on the menu that I would have loved to try!4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a great time. TheWe had a great time. and the "firm tofu"---ordered by the 36 year's of being a strict vegetarian---was NOT GOOD. I tried it---and I had to spit it out into my napkin. It had the consistency of a sponge!!!!!
Pretty overpriced too--
eg: 3 eggs any style for.....$22!!! If they were gold eggs, they forgot to point that out!!
NOPE---better to go somewhere else on Pico or WLA or Beverly Drive.
Great service, our server was VERY cool (and she was nice enough to volunteer to take the
price of the tofu off the menu, and we accepted, since the customer is always right, and
the cost of tofu to them is...50 cents??? (skipping o3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMGet your Open Table pointsMake sure you get your Open Table points.
