Just great food! Have ate here
several times and find it always delicious. Our waiter was very nice and helpful as was another waiter who wanted to make sure we enjoyed everything about our experience. Now, the manager (who seemed like a manager, he did not introduce himself) was very impersonal and did not show much interest, simply pointed to a table in the distance where we could sit for this dinner. I would go back for the food, but this individuals attitude throughout the course of our meal was hard to swallow."

I've been to Bratalian a few times
now and have never been disappointed. The penne vodka is delicious and a personal favorite. Service is good. Can't go wrong. It's a small restaurant so reservations are recommended."

Bratalian, continues to amaze us.
While the food quality over the years is consistently exceptional, the specials have become more and more unique. The wine list is now expanded. The service as always is personal and great!"

The food is exceptional, but the
service needs improvement."

This was our first visit to
Bratalian and both the food and service were outstanding. I had the Salmon, but others had the Lasagna, chicken special with eggplant and a pasta dist with peppers, chicken and sausage. We all thought our meals were excellent. I like the way the whole staff worked together to make sure everything was great with our dining experience for the entire time we were there. We will definitely be returning."

exceptional food. Service
terrific. Pork Chop, Chicken Scarpiello worth the trip there"

I couldn't wait for the food to
come out, we were seated near the kitchen and the smell coming out was incredible. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that the food comes out HOT!!! Service is wonderful! Food is amazing - every time!"

This is one of my favorite
restaurants. I literally grew up in my family's Italian restaurant, so I know great authentic Italian food. The meatballs are out of this world. The lasagna is a masterpiece. My Italian grandmother would even love this place."

Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina is
truly a neighborhood gem! We have been there 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time it just gets better and better!!! We are so happy we found Bratalian and look forward to many more diners with Carla and Walter!"

Way to much noise from the bar
area which is wide open and full of regulars and the noise level permeates the entire restaurant. We sat at the extreme opposite side of the room. We had two main course dishes that tasted if the hot peppercorns were the main ingredient in the sauce. Definitely tell them next time to make them medium heat! The portion size was generous, but menu placemats are good for Red Robin not a good Italian eatery. Too much noise made conversation for the two of us not enjoyable."

we dined here about a year ago and
thought this was a wonderful neighborhood gem. Since then, it has obviously gone down hill. The menus are your placemats. That never used to be and quite frankly the descriptions didn't do much for you. And who wants to pick up their menu to read it at the prices they charge, TACKY. . The waiter was downright rude!"

This was my 3rd time here - each
time just gets better. One special was mushroom & fontina cheese stuffed ravioli with a mushroom cream sauce. I wanted to order salmon so asked Walter if he could make an app. portion ravioli for me. He did and it was one of the best things i've ever eaten there. This should be a menu staple from now on. My friend and I ordered the crispy skinned salmon - an excellent choice for sure. Seared crisp outside, moist, tender and perfectly done on the inside. The other friend ordered Veal Saltimbocca which she loved and after tasting it so did I - prosciutto over veal scallops with a delicious sauce and a hint of sage. Service and the food is consistently excellent. Glad Bratalian is in our own neighborhood."

I am not a huge fan of Italian
food, but after eating at Carla's Meatball Spot, I had to try her other place. SO glad that I did! The salads have amazing flavor, are not over dressed, and can be shared. I only tried a few items but look forward to going back and trying more and even organizing some co-workers to go for a team dinner. I highly recommend this place. Good food and good service!"

We made reservations for our
anniversary. When we arrived, there was a reserved table for us (very nice). However, the experience went down from there. The waiter took our order and we basically didn't see him again. After our main course, we waited for someone to notice us. We weren't asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. We waited too long for the check and to have it processed. We left without a happy anniversary, good evening or any thank you for our business. In addition, the food was fair. The meatballs were dry. The calamari over breaded and very salty. The salmon was good. Also, they seemed to cater to "regulars". I would like to know how one becomes a regular with the lack of attention to new diners. We will not be back."

The good is great. Pasta and
sauces are exceptional. I got pasta al ragu and it was tasty. Service was ok the most, very slow and not attentive at all."

Food was delicious. Pasta fagioli
soup was hearty. Bread was good. We had chicken parm, lasagna and chicken with eggplant. Pasta was ok. The rosemary roasted potatoes were fabulous. We didn't leave a drop. For dessert we shared a ricotta cheesecake with a touch of lemon zest. Best cheesecake ever eaten. The service was spot on. I definitely recommend this restaurant to others."

We found this teasure a couple
years ago and everytime we are in town, it is the first place we head for dinner! Walter and his team have everything on the ball out front and the Chef is amazing in the kitchen. Best Italian good this side of Rome! Thanks for yet another wonderful dining experience!"
Dined on 9/21/2013
The food was delicious. We enjoyed
the calamari appetizer, caesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs, sea bass special and pasta with garlic and olive oil. The service was not very good, but the food makes it worth a visit none the less."

Chef Carla and her sister prepare
delicious authentic Italian fare. Always satisfying as Italian food should be. Squisito. Walter is great, missed Angelo the last time I was there"

This was our first time visiting
Bralalian even though we live in the neighborhood. We loved it. My melt-in-your-mouth Chicken Picatta was the best I've ever had, 3 chicken paillards in a silky smooth lemon/caper sauce. Outstanding!! My friend's Salmon Limone, which she suggested I try, was very moist and perfectly done with a crisp skin. She loved it. That will be my choice next time. My other friend had the Lasagna but even though the taste was superb, it had too much cheese for her taste. I agreed. Diner 4 had the Seafood Salad and it was huge. It was Restaurant Week so 2 of us had the 3 course meal for $30.00; a lot of food for the price. We will definitely be back."

We'd been wanting to eat here for
a while, and it didn't disappoint. We went due to Restaurant Week. The food is delicious. We had the meatballs, ricotta and cheese ravioli, mussel/clam soup, and past and vodka sauce. The dessert was an apple pie type pastry which was OK. We brought our kids too, and although there is no kids menu. we are able to get a smaller size of the pasta dishes. The restaurant is small and kind of tight. And I think there was only 1 server handling the entire restaurant. However, there were a few bussers/runners and they were all very fast and helpful. I do feel like we waited more than normal for our food and then had to wait a while for the check. But the food was so good, it made it worth it."
Dined on 8/25/2013
The food was excellent - all
homemade and everything we had was delicious. The service was very spotty but, that being said, it was restaurant week and the place was packed so I think they were a bit overwhelmed. This isn't a huge restaurant and I think maybe they didn't anticipate the crowds that would come out for this event. We'll definitely be going back as everyone was so very friendly and all the food coming out across the restaurant looked great."

We had dinner reservations at 5:30
which is early so we were the only two in the restaurant. I got there first when I went to sit in the booth the vinyl was ripped and there were crumbs all over the seat. I told the gentleman who seated me and he fixed it right away. Other than that the service was good. I am not sure I saw the Brazilian influence on the menu though. bb"

If you love impeccably prepared
food, created with only the finest ingredients, this is your place. The proprietor, Walter, greets you at the front door and immediately you are family. The food arrives plated perfectly and always hot. The calamari in umido and the double cut pork chop are specialties of the house and I've never had anything like them in Vegas. We eat here a couple of times a month and have yet to be disappointed."

First time eating at Bratalian.
Interesting menu, great specials. Portions were generous. The food was excellent. Perhaps the best Veal Piccata in town. Service was excellent. The table is yours for as long as you want."

The restaurant was participating
in the Las Vegas Restaurant Week charity promotion by offering a special fixed price menu. As a result, it was extremely crowded and appeared to be overwhelmed. Service was very slow and the food quality was not good. Especially disappointing was a simple spaghetti and meatball dish. The meatball was over cooked and tough, the spaghetti over cooked and the sauce bland. The chicken Milanese was served as a plain fried cutlet on a plate adorned with a few greens only; there was no sauce or even a lemon wedge. The bread was dry; when one of our party commented on this she was told dismissively that the bread was fresh that day. Maybe, but it WAS dry and the defensive reply was a turn-off. We won't be back."

Went here during restaurant week
with a friend. Down side - size of the location. We were seated right in front of the door and it was very chilly and inconvenient (people hovering over us while waiting, door opening and closing, etc. ). It has a very family feel, so the waiters were very casual (not a bad thing). Food took a while to be served, but I'm assuming that's because it's fresh. Ordered the Insalata Mista (simple house salad), the salmon with spinach (very tasty, a bit salty on the spinach), and the apple tortas with caramel gelato (pastry a little tough but that could be because of the gelato cooling it down). Food was very good. I would recommend it maybe for lunch (might be less crowded?) or for an intimate dinner."
