Brasserie by LMLunch on Michigan AvenueWe sat outside and although the view is not exactly scenic in the sense of water, sunset, etc. the restaurant is across the street from beautiful Grant Park with flowers in bloom. Our waiter was attentive and helpful in choosing our entrees. He split the check so each of us (4) received our own bill. I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but the onion soup and beef bourguignon are excellent. As for the atmosphere, it's very comfortable when I've gone with just one friend or a bunch. This only added a 10 minute wait our reservation which was great. Server was new and food does come out slow but it is was all correct and hot off the stove when it arrived. Found the "Bottomless Mimosa Brunch" to be "just right". It was not a buffet (which was nice) and the menu selections were a nice mix of options...there were 5 of us and we were all pleased. The music volume was just right and it was not super crowded. We sat at a table near the window and enjoyed the view of Michigan Avenue and people watching.
