Brasserie BrightwellConsistently good food & always funOne of my favorite places to eat in Easton. Great wait staff and wonderful food and selection. Try the small plates - fried oysterer with aioli sauce or the lamb sliders with tomato jam. Fresh oysters. Fun place to dine.6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSimply the best!My husband and I wanted a restaurant where we could sit outside, have a glass of wine and then enjoy some really tasty food. Brasserie Brightwell certainly fit the bill! Lovely staff who are attentive but not overbearing, great wine list, and fabulous food. I had the "to die for" lamb sliders and my husband had the perfectly done trout. What a lovely evening sitting outside on a pleasant spring evening. Everything we wanted and more.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMA very charming restaurantI don't know where to start. I love the decor and the feel of Brasserie Brightwell. The folks who work there are very friendly and efficient.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMEscape the St. Michaels CrowdsWe tried the Crab Claw in St. Michael's and were hugely disappointed. We came to Easton to the Brasserie and were delighted. Everything was great, nothing too fancy but very tasty. Excellent wine selections, appetizers, main options both seafood and gourmet burger options. Great combination!5/27/2013 12:00:00 AMfood was the best partThe food was outstanding...I recommended the brussels sprouts, which were prepared in a way I've never experienced, and wonderful. I had a crab cake which was full of crab with little breading, great.
We decided to eat outside because was noisy inside but outside had some traffic noise. A bit of a bar scene type restaurant, with outstanding food.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat SpotEaston has another gem! Great food, great friendly atmosphere and staff.5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMJust what a Brasserie should be!Chef and Owner Brendan Keegan is creative and attentive. His dishes are straightforward, not complicated, but rich in flavor. The same can be said for the ambiance and the service. Not fussy; just plain good. The menu is filled with classic favorites with a twist. And the specials are always inventive and seasonal. One of my favorite restaurants on all of the Eastern Shore.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFood, ambience and serviceFood, ambience and service are always great. The chef does a great job with regional specialities with a lot coming from the South. We have never been disappointed and have been coming here since it first opened.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food and atmosphereMy wife and I took my mother out for Mother's Day. We all ordered a different fish dish. All were excellent. Drinks were very good as were the appetizer and sampler dessert. Food is excellent , nice wine selection , great service .5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat mealI love the crab bisque. It is flavorful and not creamy. Sherry really punches it up. Both my husband and I got steaks that were delicious. Service was fast, maybe a little too fast.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMNice PlaceVery good food, not too expensive. Good choices from Raw Bar and menu specials.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMNice placeWe picked this place off of the web to meet friends at as a half way point between where we live. We were very happy with all of our food, and the service was very good as well. After dinner we hung out at our table having drinks while we caught up. We were asked to move to the bar area since they had a reservation for that table in 30the mins. We gladly moved, but the table stayed empty, as well as other tables for the duration of our stay. That bothered me a little, but not enough to make me not enjoy our time there.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is a great restaurantThis is a great restaurant with a broad menu to satisfy any taste. Great burgers, fresh fish and a fantastic selection of beers. Even having to travel the distance I still try to hit BB at least 3 times a month. The staff is always friendly, and the food excellent. If you like burgers, I would bet you, you won't find a better tasting one anyplace! There seafood is also excellent and always fresh.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMwe got out $$$ worth and more!it was talbot restaurant week (our 3rd night out) and most places had a very limited menu, but NOT here! lots of choices, UN-scaled down portions (a 16 oz pork chop!!!), and one free house drink/wine included. the duck confit appetizer could have been a lunch. both the mousse and a bread pudding 'something' were excellent.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AM
