Prior to getting into the restauranr my wife fell across the street from the restaurant injuring her leg, thankfully she's alright. Much to my amazement Landy the general manager and Suzanne the owner checked to see how she was doing. It is very reminiscent of the Churrascarias I visited on my trips to Brazil, and the food was every bit as good. The options on the "salad bar" are terrific, although you have to be careful to not eat too much. And it can be a little difficult to tell what some of the selections are as they are not labeled. The staff was prompt and friendly and accommodating. It is a little bit pricey, but for a unique experience and the quality of the food I feel I got a good value for my money. We had a wonderful time, despite the fact that they shoe horn you in there. There were people all around us, sometimes just an arm's length away, and yet you didn't feel like your space was being violated. This was my second time there but the first time for my children and grandchildren. All enjoyed immensely. I've never been treated so well in any restaurant. I went to the Brasa Grill in Las Vegas and their salad bar actually had lettuce for the salad as this Cleveland location did not. My overall experience was great and the only negative I really have is that a couple of the steaks I tried were a bit too salty for my tastings. But I would recommend Brasa Grill to any adult person. I do not think it is "kid friendly" though. I plan on coming back when I am of age to drink and try their extensive wine list! The selection of fantastic appetizers and salads includes crab legs and cocktail shrimp, and it's all you can eat. But save room, because the meat course is coming to your table. There is a card on your table with a red side & a green side. When the green is up, waiters with assorted meats on skewers appear to slice off bits for you. There is also a dish of rice, fried bananas and polenta to go along with all that meat. Overall, the meat was good, some a bit dry, but all tasty. I especially liked the pork ribs! It's nothing like any place you ever been to before! It's an all you can eat restaurant that has a buffet in the center of the dining room. The buffet items are mainly side dishes, ranging from fruits, vegetables, seafood and salads. The glorious part of the experience is the table service you get. Waiters come up to your table side with freshly cooked meats on large skewers, which they then tell you which type of meat it is, and ask if you like to try.
