Diner Reviews
  • "I returned from a month in Brazil for the World Cup and wanted to take my girlfriend out for a churrascaria experience. Brasa does a wonderful job recreating that environment both in atmosphere and, more importantly, the food. While one could have an excellent meal just at the buffet, it would be a mistake. The meats offered are authentic charrascaria fare and well worth the price."

  • "Included raspberry champagne or mimosa, salad bar was enormous, made-to-order omelets and belgian waffles, on top of the normal meats."

  • "It took me about 5/10 min to get use to the darkness in the restaurant with the table having one little candle to let you know what you have on your plate. I've been to two other Brazilian restaurants and they were not dark at all. The pineapple (which is the last to be brought to your table) was great and the "salad" bar was great with many things to choose from. Plantains were great along with the strawberry/watermelon soup. I don't recommend this restaurant for a first date and I don't recommend the leg of lamb (well done, lots of burnt meat). The chicken wrapped with bacon was great and if you like different cuts of steak, well you get it all. I was clearly stuffed afterwards and I should of brought the remnants home."

  • "The romantic atmosphere. This was our second time celebrating our anniversary at the Brier Creek Brasa. I love the food and service. I especially liked the salmon and capers on the appetizer bar. I love the meats brought to the table by the wait staff."

  • "If you have never tried a Brazilian steakhouse, it is an experience not to be missed. The bars were full of delicious food, and the skewers they brought by the table were invariably rich and flavorful. They failed to notice the note we had added to our reservation that we were celebrating both an anniversary and a birthday, but after my wife told the waitress, they did provide us with free desserts. Even though it was all on one ticket, he applied my military discount only to my meal, rather than the entire ticket. It is an expensive restaurant, definitely for a special occasion."

  • "The meats were the king of the show. All the sides and the buffet had no flavor or were hard (not ripe). It was overpriced for no reason !!! 230. Dollars for 2 people just for 13 meats. Get it together with the buffet and make it fresher and ripe. As well the rice tasted fake from a bag boiled in water and the mashed potatoes thick for spackling walls. Black beans poured out of a can please give attention to the sides/buffet. Wont come back.."

  • "It was my first experience there and we went for brunch. They had a great selection and I left there more than stuffed. The waffle bar was so good! I was unable to try the omelet station because I was so full but will definitely try it next time."

  • "My husband and I went here for our anniversary. It was our first time at the restaurant. The food was good. As well as the service. We plan to go back and order from menu instead of buffet."

  • "My family celebrated Father's Day at the champagne brunch. The waiter clarified that the food is not Brazilian but they celebrate meat by serving the food in a Brazilian style. The waffle bar and omelette bar was my husband and my son's favorite. There was great variety on the hot and cold bar to compliment the meats and pineapple that was served at the table. The service was slow but it may have been because of how busy the holiday was. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

  • "Good Time as Usual. reasonable price for the amount of food . From the waffle bar to the skewered meats served to you table side, service was terrific. Can' go wrong at Brasa."

  • "We enjoyed our visit on 6/15/14 celebrating Father's Day. However, it was obvious the restaurant was not prepared for the overwhelming participation for the special brunch. The hostesses seemed very flustered, even though we had a reservation. The crowd was great which meant several of the buffet items were empty. The restaurant just didn't seem to have prepared well for the crowd. We've been here before and it was great. I don't think I'll ever go again on a Holiday or Special day...they just didn't seem ready for it."

  • "We arrived and were immediately seated. The place was very busy because of Father's Day but the cold and hot food bar were clean and well stocked and the waffle station was a great treat for the kids. The choice of meats was good and the cuts tasted great and were plentiful and the carvers came to the table often to keep things going. Our server however did not pay much attention to our table and came back only twice to refill drinks. They also included an 18% gratuity, which I was okay with due to the size of the take and the busyness of the day. Hard to justify any additional gratuity when we had a hard time getting a cup of coffee or drink refill. Otherwise a great place for a family meal and the food was excellent."

  • "This was my flirt time going v to the brunch I enjoyed it and so did the rest of my party even the children they really raved over the waffle bar l also though there was suppose to be a omelet station I did not see one there. But overall l had a great time .I'm thinking maybe they should add a dessert station I think that would top it off."

  • "They were packed to say the least. Waited past our reservation time for a table. The food at the warm bar was ok, but the meat brought to the table was amazing."

  • "I think that for the price its ok, my dad said I could have taken him to Kickback Jacks and he would have been happier. The skewers were of great variety but they never came back around so if he liked something, he would have to request more of the meat."

  • "We celebrated Father's Day there on Saturday with our entire family and the service and food were FANTASTIC. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will not wait too long before we come back in to eat. We have already recommended your restaurant to many. Donna"

  • "This is our second time in 5 years going here. The first time we loved it, but we all ate so much we decided it would be a long time before we went back again. and it was. 5 years. It was again so delicious, but will probably be another 5 years before we try it again. If you have self control then maybe you can go back more often. Since we have none, we should probably stick to our every 5 years strategy. It was a little pricey, but not when you consider we probably ate 1/2 a cow. Love it and look forward to our 5 year return!"

  • "We have yet to find a Brazilian steakhouse we like more than Brasa. It can be a little crowded sometimes, but the food is always good, and the brunch is definitely the best deal in town with a mimosa included in the price. We love to take groups here for events since there is something for everyone, and it's a fun experience as well."

  • "We had a wonderful experience here. Everything we ate was delicious. They have 13 different kinds of meat and every one of them was great. My husband loved the appetizer bar, everything he ate on it was really good. The service was absolutely fantastic!! Our server was the best, he was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The gentleman who brought the different meats to our table was very charming. We had a really good time and will definitely go back."

  • "If protein is your go to food option, this is the place. Fun atmosphere with solid service. More fun with a group to share the experience. We've eaten at Braso several times. Very consistent. Some choices are outstanding and others are average but the dining experience is what we go for."

  • "We celebrated my son's graduation at Brasa for lunch and it was a hit for the whole family! Some of them were not big beef eaters, so the prok and chicken was their choice, and the comment was "the chicken melts in your mouth. It's delicious!" We will certainly return to Brasa."

  • "Even as a vegetarian, I had a great experience at Brasa. The salad and appetizer bar is extremely well-stocked and presented a wide variety of interesting and tasty options. My carnivore boyfriend loved all of the different cuts of meat - and our server was extremely accommodating. Service was excellent. The decor was really fun. Great spot for a special event! "

Service was amazing and food was to die for. We will sure be back for this awesome Sunday brunch. Chicken wrapped in bacon and waffle station were my favorite things. "

  • "The service & ambiance are always excellent. The salad bar items were excellent, but the meats were not as good as they usually are. The chicken was dry & most of the other meats were very fatty. We have been here a few other times & have never had this issue before. "

  • "My husband and I love this restaurant. We come here for most special occasions and when we're really craving a good cut of steak. The sweet and sour meatballs are a must try at the salad bar. The banana soup is amazing and is great at cleansing your palate before moving from meat to meat. My favorite meat selection is the picanha steak, it is cooked perfectly and the spiced edges are so mouth watering, just thinking about it makes me want to go back. At dinner, they offer chicken hearts and fire grilled cinnamon glazed pineapple. Who needs a dessert menu when you can eat this dreamboat sent from Heaven? The pineapple is amazingly tender, juicy and perfectly spiced. This will always be our favorite date night restaurant."
