  • "No one left hungry with the wide variety and immense amount of different food selections offered. Service was excellent--waiters delivered every meat offered on the menu to the table so that plates were never empty. A great place to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family."

  • "This was a spectacular experience my first and second time. I won't spoil it for the rest of you. You just have to go for yourself to see, smell, taste and experience what it is like. The food is amazing and just the way everything is done (service) is FANTASTIC."

  • "Brasa Steakhouse is a wonderful for dining. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Portions of food wre over the top. The salad bar had everything you could ask for and very fresh and replentished frequently. Definitely a 2 thumbs up experience."

  • "This was our third time at Brasa. For about $50 per person, you get unlimited sides (from the salad bar) and unlimited meat, chicken, etc. The ambiance is good - fun, loud, energetic. The servers are great and the concept is cool. The only drawback for me was that pretty much all of the meat/chicken we had was overcooked. The chicken was definitely dry and most of the beef I had was dry too. The delicious pineapple definitely helped each bite. I've been here on other occasions where the meat and chicken wasn't overcooked so maybe it was an off night for them. Overall, I still like the place because it's fun. I would go back."

  • "I've been wanting to visit this place for a while, and now I can check it off my list! It's not a cheap night out ($45 per person plus drinks on weekends) but worth doing once. The buffet sides are great - lots of choices that you could easily fill up on - but don't! The meat skewers that come around are insanely good and high quality! Lots of beef choices with some chicken, lamb, pork. Their menu shows about 15+ items, however, I did not get see them all come around. The staff did a great job and took great care of us. Narrow walk ways are a bit tough to get around, but just shows that it's a busy hot spot, even during off-season times in Niagara Falls. =And don't forget to save room for the pineapple at the end!"

  • "I took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner on Friday, March 7. When I asked our waitress if Braza does anything for birthdays she said, in a rather demeaning way, "if you buy a dessert we can put a candle in it". It was kind of insulting saying that you put a candle in the dessert that you buy. WOOPTY DO. I think it would be more appropriate if the waiters are told to say that you do not do anything for birthdays. This left a rather sour taste in our mouth. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't offer something for birthday dinners. Next time we visit Niagara for a Birthday celebration we will go to The Keg."

  • "Made an online reservation, was there on time but still waited 1/2 an hour. You can look at that two ways....Happy to wait only 1/2 and hour for the supper of a lifetime....or complain for that would not happen in grandma's day! (It would not). We picked the first one! They could have offered a complimentary beverage! Salads bar was plentiful. The fish, chicken, and all cuts of steak and ribs were grilled to perfection. I am sad that I did not have any room left for the garlic steak. I sooooo wanted a bite of that. We will go back for a special occasion - maybe once a year, for our budget the price was a bit high at 45.00 each a plate. Would like to see that drop to $30.00. Thanks for the food opportunity."

  • "I travel a lot, and have been to hundreds of restaurants around the globe. It is rare that you find one that is so attentive to the needs of its customers. I have now taken my wife, then my wife and children, and then a group of a dozen colleagues, and each and every time the staff is so in tune to our needs... I always leave with a smile. That is of course before I even mention the food, among the best Brazilian barbecues I have had outside of Sao Paolo... the salad bar is second to none, and the meat is absolutely amazing - do not walk out without trying the Picanha! A 10... After a dozen visits it has been a 10 every time. Absolutely second to none, a must try!"

  • "The food and buffet was delicious, it was VERY expensive. The servers took a while to come to us with the meat so we ate a lot of the buffet food in the beginning. The cheapest glass of wine was $8 so we only had water. Still very nice, food was great, and it was a great atmosphere. I would recommend this if you are celebrating something and want to pay a pretty penny."

  • "We were a table of 4 who all requested our meat well done. After our original request the servers were prompt with our choices and the meat selections were delicious. Although well done as per our request the meat was very tender and juicy. We will definitely return, both the service and meat selections were exceptional."

  • "Went there a day before Vday with family...3 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. We had early dinner at 5:30 pm. Food came almost instantly and had to slow down by turning the card to red side. Love their beer chicken, bacon wrapped chicken and pineapple. Their rib eyes was great. DH said lamb was ok. Disappointed that they have replaced the salmon with some fish dish at the salad bar. Service was attentive and excellent. Will go back for special occasion only as quite pricey. If you google, u can find a 10% off coupon for this restaurant online which u can use once printed."

  • "Pricey but a lot of food. If you don't want a huge chunk of meat sliced off, make sure you're vocal about that to the server though they may ignore you and give you a big piece anyway. Grilled pineapple was delish."

  • "Having made reservations online I added that I wanted a window seat away from traffic. We arrived to dinner 20 minutes late however was greeted by the hostess and within 5 minutes our table was ready - quiet and by the window !! Great start ... Our server was good , polite and not rushed despite the busy time it was. Food was excellent- salad bar fresh and plentiful. But the most impressive part was the effort every one of the staff we passed as we left our table took the time to make eye contact , smile, acknowledge us or say good bye. Everyone ... Nearly 6-7 people did that - wow! Well done Brasa!"

  • "As mentioned in the title, the experiece of Brasa is unique but the food only so-so. Probably due to "tourist" element of being in Niagara Falls"

  • "The meat was very fatty and too chewy and too salty. We made reservations 3 weeks in advanced hoping to be seated in a nice atmospheric area but instead we were brought to the vey back which didn't have a nice atmosphere. We did ask to change our seating and we are appreciative that are seating was changed. So thank you. The buffet had a lot of pickled items instead of fresh items, we would have perfered more fresh items and more salad options like arugula salad would have been nice. Also, no fresh peppers were available only pickled.too much sodium when fresh veggies could have reduced that."

  • "This was our second visit to Brasa, we were disappointed this time with the food and the service. The buffet was fantastic, lots to choose from and very tasty, but the meats served by the gauchos was poor (the beef seemed to all be seasoned the same way -- and was very salty). We had to ask for the chicken, lamb and the pork selections. Our silverware (two forks) were warped and made eating difficult. Our waitress was good at the beginning, but seemed to have lost interest in us at the end of the meal. She served our first glass of wine, but we had to continue to serve ourselves throughout dinner. IF we do go back, it will be in the distant future. Booking our reservation thru OpenTable was simple and efficient."

  • "Never been to a resturant where the service was so bad, Our waiter only came back once to see if we needed refills on our drinks. Most of the items on the salad bar was dried out, The service of the meat was very very slow. At on point we finally asked the waiter if we could get more meat. We finally ask to speak with some one in charge, and no one ever came to our table. Note to Americans visting this resturant, the price of $39.99 is great. But the taxes will kill you."

  • "Side were buffet style - nothing special. only 11 meats no salmon as advertised. Meat was ok. How much food can you eat before you start to feel unconfortable. Drink prices were high. $20 for a Gray Goose Martini."

  • "Food was good. Don't fill up on the buffet. Leave room for all the meats that are brought to your table. Meat was quite salty so make sure you drink lots of water."

  • "Extensive buffet, many meat offerings and fast service. Live music complemented dinner but did not drown out conversation. Only down side was that we found alcoholic drinks were about $8 each plus tax. This was in line with other restaurants in NF though."

  • "I love coming to brasa's and it's usually 5 stars. I made a reservation and upon arrival waited 20 minutes . It was for an anniversary and I specified a nice table and just got by the wall. My server was very unattentive we usually get a bottle of masi we started with water and didn't see him till we were almost done eating. The guys that came around with the meat were outstanding and friendly and the food was fantastic as usual a little saltier than normal but amazing. Servers don't work as a team it feels like just the guys that bring the meat , because I asked one server for more water and I had to wait till he found my server."

  • "we were able to sit outside which was nice, because inside smelled like a smokehouse or salt mine. some of the food was good but in general it was WAY too salty and over seasoned. and of course the portions are too large, you cant say just a little, because they load up your plate like you want a whole cow or something."

  • "It was beautiful weather outside, so when my family and I got to this restaurant, we requested outdoor seating. The hostess told us there was ONE table left, and she led us out to the balcony. There were several tables available. And where did she seat us? In the farthest corner of the balcony seating. The weather was perfect, but the tables and chairs were wobbly -- oh well, it was our choice. But since our table was the farthest possible distance from the door leading back into the restaurant, it made it difficult to flag down the servers with the meats... and to find our waiter... In the end though, the food was good but not extraordinary. Our waiter was appropriately attentive despite our poor location."
