BR Prime - Beau Rivage Hotel - MGM ResortsSo so and costlyWe re-visited BRPrime expecting another good meal and were disappointed. First, do not go expecting anything inexpensive. Entrees and wines are as much as 20% more expensive than comparable restaurants. The wine list was limited. As for the food, their steaks can be presented with any of eight or so sauces. If you like meat on the hoof, you will be disappointed. The crust is very salty and the spices used are only average as contributing to flavor. We both ordered the large filet rare and both were overcooked. We ordered the lobster macaroni side and it was almost flavorless. The brussel sprouts au gratin were good, but deserts were so so, sweet but not impressive. Ricky was our server and Neil was his asst. There were very personable and knowlegeable. They did a great job. Always available and we wanted for nothing. Food was wonderful. Perefectly cooked.
