"Been here many times for different special occasions: birthdays, graduations, friends from out of the country, romantic dinners etc. Always been pleased! Food is excellent! Not the largest portions, and not cheap, but every bite is full of flavor and fits perfectly into the culinary symphony created by these world-renowned chefs. The service is always attentive, quick and charming. The staff makes you feel welcome and always takes care of any discrepancies (which rarely occur) in a timely and professional manner. My family and I will continue to come here and refer others to this gem of a restaurant. Keep up the good work, Mr. Ramsey!"

"I went on a Tuesday for lunch. They were able to accomodate me as a last minute single diner in the early part of the afternoon. From the moment I drove up to the hotel, (It's located in The London West Hollywood) the experience was fantastic. The Porte Cochere manager, Larry, gave me directions to the restaurant when I said I was coming for lunch. The hostess at the restaurant was polite and very helpful seating me at a lovely table looking out among the whole dining room. My servers Angie & Lindsay were very nice and the manager Ewa even stopped by to see how I was doing and if I was enjoying lunch. The food that I had, Double Cut Bacon (Pork Belly), the Chicken, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding left me full, satisfied, and with a smile."

"We dined at the Boxwood Cafe for Afternoon Tea and we were not disappointed.

The venue is superb; it is luxurious throughout and the London Hotel is surprisingly secluded and serene despite it's location. The service at the Boxwood was attentive and excellent throughout, and the Afternoon Tea was delicious. We were able to choose from a selection of teas, and these were brought out with a platter of scones, sandwiches and canapés, as well as a selection of deserts. All were delicious and the selection was perfectly satiating, just enough of each to enjoy, but not so much that one felt overwhelmed.

We would highly recommend the Boxwood Cafe, and will be returning ourselves in the near future."

"Wonderful menu for DineLA. We did lunch and dinner--twice! Steaks are excellent as is the fish. It is our new special occasion place. Great wine list. Wait staff are excellent at pairing the wines to each course."

"I expected this to be outstanding, was not. The wait staff, though friendly, are not suitable for fine caliber dining. Food came out slowly, and had cooled. Mac n cheese was luke warm, top congealed, should have been served hot. Cut of meat was less than and not cooked to order. The desserts were outstanding. I was expecting to be blown away. I was not. Will not return."
