  • "I brought some out of town guests and was disappointed. the food and service are excellent but the noise is overwhelming. every single wall in the beautiful restaurant is a hard surface. it was very busy and unbearable they need to address this. for the price you expect to dine and not have to yell across the table at you guest. the server had to say "what" because he couldn't hear! again I was disappointed"

  • "The team at Bourbon Steak went out of their way to take care of us and make us feel welcomed. No need to xall on them for water or anything, they were there before! Food was very good but pricey. Drinks were excellent. Their house special Manhattan is a must have. Most rave about their duck fat fries, which are very good but, the wonner is the truffle Mac n Cheese side, their king crab and the beignet and molten chocolate and expresso desserts. Will be back many times. Check is not for the faint of heart."

The service was so good that we tipped another 10% above the 18% that was included in the bill. The service is quiet, unobtrusive, and excellent. The waiters work together as a team, harmonious, and symphonic. Wish the restaurant was a stand-alone and not in an up-scale and rather pretentious hotel.. The Tuna Tartar stands out as an appetizer and ALL the steaks are exceptional. The sides are on the smaller size and we'd recommend that each patron order at least one side. If we lived a few blocks away, we'd dine there at least once every two weeks. Superlative!"

  • "Bourbon Steak is a solid choice for diners looking for a classy atmosphere. The food is very good but steak connoisseurs may not rave about the meat. You will sit down to 3 french frie options with distinct sauces. Salads are good. We had a wedge and caesar: both were nice. Steaks are good and there are fish options as well. Mashed potatoes were a bit too rich but cauliflower was just right. The molten chocolate cake/ ice cream was great. Be prepared to spend a lot per drink. The wine list is overly pricey as well. Service is friendly/professional. We dine here several times a year. On this visit, we were seated at 9:35 despite a 9:00 reservation. This has occurred before. Nevertheless, this is a beautiful place that keeps drawing us back."

  • "We were at Turnberry Isle Resort for a last minute weekend getaway. We dined at Bourbon Steak both nights, having different dishes each time. The service was top notch.. A wonderful, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable wait staff. Both nights (weekend nights) the food was superb. Miso glazed sea bass was fresh and perfectly prepared. The bone in ribeye 20oz cote de boeuf was quite honestly, the best steak I have ever had. Every course was presented in a timely fashion and did not disappoint. However, don't expect to have an inexpensive dinner here. You'll pay over $100 per person for a full meal, without drinks or wine. Nevertheless, I'd say you get what you pay for here!"

  • "Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The only issue I had was regarding treatment of a handicapped person who was with us. I had called ahead to ask for a table with chairs and no arms. The hostess led us to a very nice table but all the chairs had arms which would not accommodate our guest. I asked if we could use a chair like one that was in the banquet area. She said no because they had an event scheduled in that room and needed all of the chairs. Our guest ended up on an uncomfortable couch and within a few minutes I noticed one of the workers bringing more of the chairs we requested into the seminar area. This was disappointing."

The Macallan 18 caramel beignets were the best thing I've eaten in years. It's a must have. Unfortunately, the Pre-fixe menu was an un-welcome surprise, especially with the $125 price point which included no beverages."

However, without a doubt, Bourbon Steak is the very best place to go for steak, etc. Our meal was superb. The steak melted in my mouth. Sturgeon was a special of the night and it was very special, indeed. From beginning to end we all enjoyed our food, the atmosphere, service and delicious seating. Number 1 in our book!"

Service and food were very good - but it was $305 for two people and we only had two appetizers, Shared a steak, one side, one desert and two glasses of wine, including tip and taxes. Just wish it was about $106 less, then would of given 5 stars."

My friend and I shared a wedge of lettuce salad which was delish and large enough to share.. We Also shared a rib steak, which was one of the best in town. The portions are generous. The baked potaoe could feed a family of 4. The atmosphere is NYC style, sophisticated and elegant. A truly professional restaurant that really has no flaws. Do go and experience an outstanding dining time!"

  • "I had dined here before and love the Chef and food so for my son'd birthday (who loves the great food), we came for dinner. The experience was awful!! Our entrees came out over the course of 35 minutes, one at a time, forcing the eight members of our group to wait for everyone. The first entrees were room temp, by the time the 7th came out. About 10 minutes later, our sides came out. The eighth person's entree took 1 hr . She shared her fiancee's meal and then we all tasted her entree. The manager was embarrassed and called the general manager who apologized and said he'd "make it up by removing the entree that never came and free dessert with a candle!" His attitude was insulting! We drove 1 hr for dinner. Sadly, we will not return."

Wagyu filets were awesome, tasteful and tender like you never experienced. Duckhorn Merlot matched so well. Perfect experience. Everybody in the staff is very nice. You really could not ask for more.   • "Unless you like the action, the only negative was being seated near the bar - where the crowd waiting for a table, were spilling over toward these tables (not in the main dining area), and causing the wait staff to squeeze by. This wouldn't have been so bad if we had been a walk-in, but these reservations were made a month in advance. The next time the reservation will have to be made directly (unless Open Table can alert these situations) and we will have to inform the restaurant, that if they seat us in the same area - we will walk out. There were six persons."
