We had an excellent date. Be prepared as the entrees range from $24-89 each. The wine and bourbon list was amazing. They even carry magnums of many wines and champagne. For 2 apps, a salad, 3 drinks, and dinner we spent $179 plus tip.

We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation and were greeted by unfriendly hostesses... Once we were seated it was fantastic! Our food was amazing, we had a great waiter. One steak came out under cooked, that was surprising given the caliber of the chef.

Hog happy hour was delicious. Pork shoulder is the best cut. Baked beans were good but they were a little cold and some beans were pretty hard. This is the only reason why the food didn't get 5/5 stars. Salad with grilled salmon was delicious. Duck rolls are amazing. Burger is great!

My second visit since the initial opening August, 2014 of this "boutique" steak house located @ Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. While there are still some kinks to workout of the system they clearly have made progress in doing so since my first visit two weeks ago.

This place reminds me of something you'd find in Vegas right here in Silicon Valley. You walk into a pub style restaurant/bar, TV's on the walls, the whole 9-yards... it's great. Then, if you made dinner reservations they take you around a corner and you enter a nicely appointed, well decorated, dining room thats something out of a modern Humphrey Bogart collection. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Great atmosphere, great food, and if you like duck fat fires, you've come to the right place. To sum it up... the Pub is a great place to take a date or hang out with friends... if you want something more formal or romantic, the dining room is the place to go. Keep up the great work.

The food, service and ambiance was good, but pricey. We spent over $200 for two, with steak and lobster menu and two glasses of red wine. They don't even serve bread until we asked for it. My anniversary was flagged, so everyone greeted us and placed a greeting card in our table which was a nice touch, but they didn't offer complimentary dessert for our special occasion. I celebrated my 60th Birthday vacation in Paris and my dinner birthday at L'Abeille (2-Star Michelin rated), we stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel, and Chef Philippe Labbe (Award Winning Chef) came out to greet us with a fabulous complimentary cake and a gift, and took pictures with us ... this is such an outstanding service!

This review is for the Pub not the Steakhouse. This was my second visit and am hoping the third time will be the charm. The space is cramped and some items on menu fall short. I must say service both times by Mia was absolutely fantastic. I do recommend going to happy hour because what's offered is a great deal. I hope to dine at the steakhouse next. I hope the experience there will exceed my expectations as I am big Michael Mina fan.

This is for the pub and while I live the steak house the pub was just a waste of money. The service is ok but not great. I never got a refill on my soda. Burger was so rare I has to eat the edge. I asked for medium. Great looking place but bit what I expected. It's a fun place to hang out and watch a game, but the food is over hyped

This location, food, service, uniqueness and overall experience is awesome. It's small enough to get the service and attention you are looking for. It's large enough to have space and privacy. The Chef and Owner, Michael Mina, takes the time to talk to everyone and is genuinely interested in you enjoying the entire place. The food comes out really quick. The specialty drinks, bourbons and whiskies are amazing. It's a most enjoyable experience.

We went for lunch on a weekday about 3 weeks after it opened. Staff all seemed to be excited about the restaurant and the stadium venue. This enthusiasm was welcome and shared. The food was great - Bourbon burger was about as good as it gets and the Nachos were truly unique in my experience. Patrons hoping for something with a spicy kick will be disappointed however but they were fine for us. Service was lacking. Our server forgot to pick up our beverages from the bar - we saw them waiting for us and had to inform another server since ours was not in our proximity. One can write this off to working out the kinks but this is supposed to be a Michael Mina world class experience so they had better do it quickly.

The service still needs more than a little tweaking, our waitress was more absent than present while 3 hostesses chatted at the front desk, super frustrating. The food was served perfectly seasoned, however half of my order was wrong. Since the waitress was MIA I never got to have the kitchen fix the error. I hope they improve service as they settle in.

After the Levi's Stadium Tour, we dined here for Kelvin's birthday lunch! The unique nachos were delicious and the kids loved the presentation. The fish and chips were light, crispy and fish was delicious! The kids enjoyed the Bourbon burgers but it was a lot to eat so they saved it for dinner. Kelvin ordered the Gold Rush wagyu burger which was very good but very pricey like all of the menu items but it was overall a nice treat. ;)

Dined at MM in SF and Arcadia many times in the past. I am a bit disappointed on this establishment. Valet parking service was good. Online reservation was clear/easy. Hostess was great who read my personal request of table & was able to meet my request. Three types of french fries were just ok. No bread is offer. Hamachi appetizers lack of presentaion. Quality of fish was not exceptional. Alaskan king crab presentation was lacking too. Quality of crab was just OK. Wine list is extensive but they are priced way above average. I guess most people comes here for special occasion or business gathering. Bone in rib eyes was OK. Dry aged duck was very tasty and delicious. Both dishes lack of plating. $420 bill for 2 at the end :(

Server was nice. Ambiance is a bit odd with all the TVs, and this is the steakhouse side. Was here for an anniversary with our kid. They serve three types of french fries instead of bread. They nicely served the kid a burger though it was not on the menu. My wife had the bone-in rib-eye, with the crab oscar and a side of creamed spinach. She enjoyed it. I had the caesar salad, filet mignon with a lobster, and a salt-baked loaded potato. The caesar salad was too salty, and the lobster was a dried up small tail and a claw. No butter. The potato was half of a three inch potato with a thin layer of cheese and bacon bits. I don't recommend any of those three. I send back the potato. No credit.

Service was very attentive. Wine list, ample. My concern was that it took my steak, which I asked for medium, three times to get it right. Rare, then rare again, then medium. They did take the steak off the bill but by the time I received my order correctly, everyone else was finished. Side orders are rather small. Macaroni cheese with truffles were the bomb!

I paid $74 for a steak. $30 for a bourban flight. My steak was salty overwhelmingly salty. The service was horrible. The waitress was more concerned with flirting with the group of four guys then to stop and see if my girlfriend wanted more wine. The somlier didn't even stop when he saw her wine glass empty. He just took the glass even though she wasn't finished with her meal. The chef served her steak so rare that it was still cold in the middle. I'm not sure if this is new restaurant bugs or what but for a $250 dinner for two I expected much more.

Waited 20 minutes before a server even came over to the table. Waited another 25 minutes before drinks were served. Then, another 25 minutes for appetizers to be served. Shrimp cocktail is served on a plate of ice on a rack which puts it above eye level. I ordered New York steak medium, it came out blood red. Sent it back, it came back again the same only singed a little more on the outside, still blood red. After 3 trys, I gave it back to them. The mashed potatoes were so runny that they dripped from the spoon. Servers comment "Well I didn't cook it". My partners $62.00 rib eye (meat only) was served the same. The cooks don't know what medium is (some pink). Horrible experience, never again. They did however comp my meat.

We had a lovely evening, starting with the complimentary french fry trio (a welcomed change to bread) and perfectly prepared cocktails (the Sazerac was one of the best versions I've had). The Hamachi starter was terrific - beautifully plated and velvety tasting. We each had a steak ($58 each). The filet was perfect, tender, flavorful; the NY Strip, unfortunately, had good flavor but was much tougher than I was expecting (thus only four stars for food). Beignets with terrific butterscotch pudding finished the meal nicely. The dining room was busy with several large parties but service never lagged. The delivery timing of the food was well done and never rushed. We'll be back. Good to see a high quality restaurant in the South Bay.

I have pretty high expectations from any Michael Mina restaurant. I went this past Monday and did not realize that it was the first day they had been opened for lunch according to the Server. I ordered the eggplant dip that was supposed to come with ChickPea Fries, veges and pita, when we received our appetizer the chickpea fries were missing. I asked the Server about it and he went to the kitchen came back and told me they did not have them. I ordered the Greek salad with the Grilled Shrimp. I had to send my Shrimp back because they were undercooked. The salad was also overdressed. It sounds like I am super picky but I am a food lover and a huge Michael Mina fan so I know his quality of food. My companion enjoyed her burger and Fries.

We tried this out at the new Santa Clara Stadium. It is a unique location, but parking is challenging. Valet is the best option. The restaurant itself is immaculate and upscale, but the patrons dressed like tourists for the most, a little disappointing but no blame on the restaurant. Great food, steak melted in my mouth like butter. Incredible appetizers and salad ( the best French fries I've ever had!) The servers were very attentive and professional which more than made up for some opening week operations bugs they were working out. This is the best steak house in Santa Clara county hands down and a gem to the new stadium.

I think the restaurant has been open a week so that would explain some of the mis-steps particularly at the bar. The Caesar salad was was "limp" and the dressing was too salty for our tastes. I ordered the carrot tortellini and my friend ordered the Wagyu beef (sorry I forget what cut right now). The tortellini was very good and nicely presented but would not order as an entree. The beef was okay and perfectly cooked. Too much salt for our tastes again. Presentation on the beef could be improved. Best part was the complimentary fry samples. There were three differently seasoned fries matched with 3 different dipping sauces. Excellent. Wine by the glass options were very good.
