It is so nice to go to a place that offers much more than a steak that is gluten free. Started with both Sweet Potato Flatbread and the Cauliflower Salad. Both were excellent, with the flatbread being one of the best I've ever had.
I had the Yellowtail Jack entree, and it was thick, delicious, very well prepared.
Wine list has many by the glass choices. There was flight of three Rose selections that were all very good. I also had the mizuna salad and a paddlefish special which was made with all locally caught and grown ingredients. Presentation of all items was elegant. I was grateful for the quiet ambiance.
