Bouley features the exciting culinary talents of famed four- star Chef, David Bouley. Bouley offers French cuisine with modern Asian influences served in an elegant and intimate setting. In addition to the á la carte menu, the restaurant offers a $55 five course tasting menu for lunch and $175… seven course tasting menu for dinner. Parties of 8 or more may order from the tasting menu only. Chef Bouley is always happy to accommodate all dietary needs and restrictions. Jackets are required for gentlemen at both lunch and dinner. "The bread was the highlight. We had the tasting menu and while most of the courses were very good, the desserts were tragically forgettable. The wine pairings were mixed - at times inspired and at times dull. Overall not a good value for the very high price tag (even by NYC standards)."

"Bouley is a class act. I live in Utah but go to NYC occasionally. The wait staff are professional yet friendly and even remember your previous visits. The food is extraordinary--well conceived and beautifully prepared and presented. I can't wait for my next visit."

"We had an incredible birthday celebration for two. It started with the powerful, sweet smell of fresh apples as we walked into the entryway. There were many culinary surprises and delights throughout the evening. The service was impeccable, and the food sublime. Cannot recommend Bouley highly enough."

"Our regular trips to the City always include extraordinary dining experiences. Bouley surpasses all our previous experiences. The level of service is unequaled. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable. They will make any menu modifications you may need or want. I have Celiac's Disease. They went out of their way to provide me the best dining experience imaginable. Don't miss this one. A New York treasure!!"

"Warm reception. Lovely room adorned w. spring blossoms. Perfect service. Menu appears more & more Japanese/Asian influenced w. emphasis on fish. We would enjoy a more varied, Continental inspired menu, like the days of yore at Bouley. Really, who needs dried green tea dust on their white chocolate?!"
