  • "We arrived for our (earlyish) reservation at 6:00 pm. Of course, there were only a couple of tables filled by that time. In an already very dark restaurant, they took us to an alcove in the back of the place, away from any sunlight at all. OK, not that big of a deal. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, which came with 3 sauces and plenty of the large shrimp. I enjoyed it. I ordered a 10 oz. filet, which was cooked perfectly and the meat was very tender. The only problem was that it was under-seasoned. For the first time in a long time, I had to put salt on a steak. I'm not sure whether the lack of seasoning was normal for them, but if you're a purist, you might like it more than I did. I would give them 1 more try, but that's it."

  • "We've been there several times. And we always look forward to going back. It is expensive but it always seems worthwhile afterwards. It has a perfect ambiance and it is truly fit for any special occasion. It is where my wife and I went on our first date and now this visit was for our 7 year anniversary. It is very romantic and the restaurant is set up to where you almost feel like you have the place all to yourself."

  • "An excellent fine dining atmosphere. There are at least 4 separate dining areas as opposed to a single big area with partitions or partial walls. Piped in music was good, but definitely low enough to allow talking. The salmon was cooked and seasoned just right. The filet was nearly tender enought to cut with the fork with great flavor. The garlic potatoes and asparagus were good, but served warm, not hot. Brandy Ice was tasty, but too thick - needed more ice or more time in the blender. Service very good. 3 glasses of wine, two entrees, two veggies, one dessert, $140 w/o tip."

  • "This place has it all. Great food, endless wine list, outstanding service, and fabulous ambiance. But the noise level was reminiscent of a college bar. We could barely hear our server, let alone each other. And for us, a night out away from the kiddo is few and far between. So it would've been nice to converse a little more than we were able to. I know this has nothing to do with the restaurant itself but it did have an effect on our overall enjoyment. Other than that, the night was magnificent. We will definitely return and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for top of the line food and service."

  • "Dined at Boulevard on a Friday night, food was delicious. However, there is an adjoining bar to the restaurant that had a live band that night, so it was basically a show and dinner. Made conversing over the food more difficult. Be cautious of that, otherwise great eats."

  • "This was our first dining experience at boulevard. When we first arrived, we sat at the bar and had a few drinks while waiting for our reservation. Our reserved table ended up being in the large open room next to a party of about 20 people. Needless to say, it was not as romantic as I anticipated as I could barely hear my date over the roar of the table next to us. We had the crab cake appetizer to start and it was very good. The cakes are fairly small but delicious. She had the boulevard salad which was very good. For the entrees she had the salmon and I had a 10 oz filet. Both entrees were done well and tasted great. Overall, we had a pretty good experience. Only complaint is sitting next to a large table."

  • "As first timers to Boulevard, it was wonderful to enjoy a quiet setting along with great food. The filet steaks were cooked to perfection (medium) and we enjoyed the salads, saute'd spinach, and twice baked potato. Unfortunately, we were too full to sample the desert. The waiter was helpful in making a red wine selection based on our criteria. I would definitely recommend this for special occasions."

You know you are in trouble when your server responds to every wine request with "let me check to see if we have that." First wine I chose, Justin Justification (nothing obscure) not available. Second wine, available different vintage...same price, of course."

  • "The food and service was really good. We had reservations so we were seated immediately upon arrival. Being our first time we treated with a special appetizers, nice touch. The lighting was interesting as every time the waiter came by it seemed we were looking up into the light. I would like to return to try other entrees. My wife got the dessert and it was great. I say mixed in my review, when our entree was served I reached down to move my plate. It was extremely hot. The waiter should have advised that sooner."

  • "soup was horrible, baked potatoes were not done, steaks were not as ordered, it was too dark to see the menu, had to ask for a flashlitght. Waiter was wonderful. It was my birthday and had been there in the past. The last time we were there it was wonderful and very romantic, that was not the case this time. The other problem, they do not sell domestic beer. Although they may be in Edmond, we are still in Oklahoma & Budlight it a norm. Probably won't go back. Even the waiter said he drinks Budlight. JM & BD"

Our recent visit in December confirmed, once again, that the preparation is completely dependable with excellently prepared steaks, 2 separate choices, shrimp by our third member, and spinach side. We enjoy the rich, dark wood ambience, and the club like atmosphere. It is excellent food in a very comfortable, relaxed, setting."

  • "Attended the Sunday night wine dinner. It was fabulous. We enjoyed each of the four courses--had a mixed mushroom salad, herbed tenderloin, filet with Yukon gold potatoes and green beans, and profiterole for dessert. If you've been to the Boulevard before, you know that my description of the courses doesn't do the menu any justice. The wines were each different and delicious-- they were from Orin Swift, his location series. Wonderful meal. Highly recommend the wine dinner."

  • "Table for 4 in a usually semi-quiet restaurant. This evening, NYE 12/31/13, was MUCH more upbeat and a festive party, celebratory atmosphere. Waited about 15 minutes for our table to be ready (which was fine since we got there at exactly our reservation time). Hostess was friendly and took the girls coats and brought us a claim check. Servers were great and made recommendations for not only appetizers, but also entree's, some mixed drinks, shots and a fine bottle of Merlot. Steaks were cooked correctly and sides are awesome as always. Expect to spend (including all times mentioned above) about $120-150 per person. Great for a special occasion such as NYE!"
