  • "Fiesta with imaginative Nuevo Mexican fare paired with Utah Vida tequila cocktails and local Epic beers. Well-planned from start to finish, and at a reasonable price. A sudden thundershower moved us all indoors, but this had been planned for and the transition was seamless."

  • "This restaurant came highly recommended by the couple we were taking out. It wasn't busy yet but our server seemed stressed and overwhelmed. When we asked for bread, her response? "We don't offer bread service in this restaurant". Wow. Didn't see much of her for two hours. Beef stroganoff was very tasty, but kobe was overcooked and gristly. Dessert (gelato)served in a sample cup-like container, two plastic tasting spoons stuck on top. It's a dine in restaurant, it's okay to charge more and not act like a gelato stand. Time and money are too important to spend on an establishment that doesn't quite get it."

The wineries' Utah representative, Lauren, came around to every table with a little info on the wine and the pairings. We'll be back for more.   • "We spent a week in Paris and actually got tired of the Bistro food. It was the same menu everywhere we went. The Boulevard Bistro had a simple menu with American favorites, favorites that come from all over the world. My husband had the trout, I had the beef stroganoff, we shared a beet salad and everything tasted yummy! Many of the ingredients were locally grown and homemade. My daughter-in-law thought our server was a bit cranky but we excused that because they accommodated a party of eight at 9:00 pm. Overall we had a great experience with the bonus of tasty dishes."

  • "A group of us ladies went to Boulevard Bistro because of the advertisement that Wednesday's were Ladies Night and appetizers were half price. There was no fine print on this. When we were ready to order we were told only ONE appetizer per table is half price. We then ordered wine. We were asked if we wanted a half glass or a full glass. Of course, we would want a full glass. Nothing was said that the glass of wine would be $12.00. We could have ordered a bottle for that price. The food was good but we certainly won't go back at those prices."

Something changed in the last couple of months however as the wait staff was replaced by less qualified servers, food quality (taste & portion) went downhill and the prices went up! Largely empty at 7:30 last Saturday night - not a good sign of things to come..."

  • "Boulevard Bistro was recommended by a very picky friend and she said they've been there numerous times. The food and service weren't worth the price. The martinis are served in shot glasses and not worth the money, even in Utah's standards. The only part of the menu I would recommend are the appetizers. The calamari, sweet potato fries and dips were all very good, however, the entrees had no taste even though the pastas are all handmade. Toward the end of the meal, our glasses were empty and we repeatedly asked for water. We weren't asked for any additional drinks nor a dessert menu either. I don't know if the kitchen was having an off night, but I won't be back to find out."

  • "All the food was excellent from the appetizers to the gelato. Loved the sweet potato fries with bacon and blue cheese. My husband had the Marsala Chicken, said it was the best he's had! The chicken was moist and tender. My sister, the vegetarian, had the cheese pizza and loved it. I had the organic salad and the lettuce was super fresh. Prices were very reasonable based on the portion size. Next time we'll try the chocolate pudding cake :)"
