The meat was cooked very well and the vegetables were good. My prime rib was as good as I have ever had and my sons teriyaki steak was delicious. Ceasar salad was not great. Unfortunately the acoustics are terrible. The desert menu is great and will break the will of the most diehard dieter. The food was great and the service was outstanding! My fiance had the Oscar Filet and I had the buffalo steak; both were great, but his was amazing!!

As 'senior citizens' it's wonderful. The portions are a little smaller, so just right, and it helps us stay on budget. We celebrated yet another birthday at "The Cork," and were served their incredible mud pie! We all agree it is the best mud pie we've ever had! We highly recommend this great restaurant and will go back again and again! PS The service has always been excellent! Loved the blue cheese sauce and the Bernaise, but the chimichurri was not a favorite.
I prefer warm bread, with olive oil for dipping. Here, the bread is served room temperature and the butter served with it is cold.
The drinks also got mixed reviews. One person loved the house margarita. The Cosmo was overly sweet. The wine selection was very good. The waitress brought a glass of wine, when a bottle was ordered.
In general, the waitress seemed rushed and didn't take the time to inquire about how we were doing and if we had additional requests.
The Cork is a lovely place for special occasions, but is far too expensive for us to dine there often.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMUnexpected change in menuThis rating applies to dinner at 7 p.m. On a Saturday night. We appreciate the consistently good service and the diversity of the menu. We were sad to see that the small fillet has disappeared from the menu. All of the other steaks are too big, so we ended up with burgers, which were very good.
