Our wine bar, Bar Bouchon, is located on the garden level and serves small plates of French classics from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Our Bouchon Bakery is located at the entrance to the bistro and is open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00am - 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 7:00am- 10:00pm

  • "I took my boyfriend to Bouchon for his birthday. We went for brunch on August 17. I ordered the trout. Honestly, it was the best trout I have ever tasted. The chef somehow figured out how to create the perfect blend of flavors. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles. Loved them as well, particularly the lavender butter. It was a really nice touch when they brought out a brownie and ice cream for his birthday This is a place I would recommend for special occasions or celebrations. The food, service, decor everything is perfect. If there is any area for improvement, it would be to perhaps let us enjoy the glasses of champagne a few moments longer before bringing out the food. However this was not a big deal. The service was exceptional."

  • "The food was good and I would go back. The main server could have been better and other than taking our order, he didn't stop by very much. Those that took care of the water and bread were very attentive. Even the people at the bakery could have been friendly. When buying pastries, they seemed to be bothered that they had to help us rather than having a friendly happy attitude. But the thing that bothered us the most was we saw a dog walking around the restaurant. He didn't have a leash and walked around like he owned the place. We even saw him being carried into the kitchen and his owner was standing with him next to the food. We saw his owner talking to the manager and she even helped put items on the table so it is the managers dog"

  • "We had to wait ten minutes for our table and while there were no seats at the bar it seemed like the hostess really wanted us to go there. Otherwise a very good meal, very good food and friendly service. A bit disappointed with the sommolier who didn't return in time to get our wines to pair with our courses as we had requested."

  • "With the risk of sounding over the top, I mean to. We have been here before as well as other Bouchon locations and he never misses. Crispy salmon belly? Amazing. Quich for appetizer? Perfect. Mussels, rib eye, flat iron, grilled pork chop.....all perfect. Not to mention the French fries..... Sit on the deck and look down at the Montage courtyard and enjoy a unique spot among the hustle of LA."

I was generally disappointed with the food (not enough garlic on the escargots, etc). The service was indifferent and, at times, annoying. The server always seemed preoccupied by other matters. I had high hopes for this one."

  • "I have had many enjoyable meals here mainly on the cafe patio downstairs but the last two upstairs were disappointing. the service on the balcony was just awful both times. Waiters were poorly trained and unskilled. the food was a mix of good dishes and disappointments. Our foody friends from NYC were very disappointed in their dishes including a dry chocolate dessert that waiter did not even offer to replace. Lunch was nothing special but not bad. I look to Keller's restaurants to be exceptional though."

  • "So, there is a lot of discussion about a French bistro which recently opened with 3 guys, all chefs at the helm. One of the chefs is a celebrity and hopes to bring customers in to his 23 seat restaurant which offers only barstools for seating, no tables, accepts no cash and has no telephone number. He serves things like escargots, moules, steak and frites and other bistro fare. I went to Bouchon last night and enjoyed escargots, moules and frites and steak and frites, great cocktails and I sat at an actual table, was served great food on beautiful china. I had a confirmed reservation via Open Table and was directed to my table by an extremely friendly host. Bouchon is my bistro of choice. Can not imagine why one would even consider other."

  • "I was there for a very special occasion (anniversary). The noise level is unbearable. I had to returm my Lamb shunk twice because it was not warm. Finally they asked me to choose something else. I had the steak frites who was good as well as the salad. The bread is excellent. The staff was very nice and took my meal out of the bill. It was unfortunate. I will give it another try."

  • "Bouchon is a nice place, reportedly founded by Thomas Keller of French Laundry, one of the country's premiere French restaurants, a destination restaurant I've long he'll an interest in experiencing If Bouchon's cuisine is indicative of French Laundry's, then that interest has been severely blunted. Overcooked escargot was a major disappointment. Tasteless flat iron steak another. For the price point, tank up the car and drive up to Stella Mare in Santa Barbara and dine on delicious and tender escargot, canard, and frog legs."

  • "It was a wonderful experience of dining at Bouchon at Beverly Hills on our sixth anniversary. It's easy to make a reservation and they arrange the indoor seat according to my request that I submitted with my reservation. When I arrived there, I wanted a seat near the window. In fact, that seat for four people, but still they made it for my husband and me! They were so nice! The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed. To our surprise, they even gave us a anniversary gift--very delicious ice-cream and chocolate brownie :D They made our day, a very special day!!! Everything was so perfect! Thank you so much. I've already recommended my friends this nice restaurant."

The tasting menu offered a good range of selection from the main menu but the moules frites which has always been superb was a big disappointment, a bit dry and not fresh smelling. The outdoor patio seating is superb for larger groups and provides a more quiet setting for dinner conversation. Our sommelier was excellent in reviewing our wine selection and suggesting other comparable wines that were suitable to our palates. The service is attentive and always courteous. Each dining experience at Bouchon gets better and better."

  • "We came here for my moms birthday, she really enjoys coming here. The food is very good and he service is top notch. I would recommend this restaurant. They just don't do anything for birthdays, after mentioning it 3times, she did not even get any acknowledgement. Oh well it's a foodie place not a place where one would be told thanks for driving two hours here for your birthday. It just another lunch. Oh well. Oh and no lights on the bathroom..weird. We loved the food, but there are smokers on the patio so if you are sensitive to smoke this may bother you, my dessert tasted like cigarettes."

  • "Came to bouchon for the first time and decided to take part of their dinela menu. Salad was bland with some chewy croutons thrown in them. Swordfish was dry and the stew tasted like canned tomatoes. Best part about my meal was the dessert, bread, and water. Can honestly say it wash't worth the $45.00 dollars and I will for sure never be returning to bouchon."

  • "I am a regular patron of the BH restaurant and I'm always pleased with the ambience, food and beverage selection and the people who work at this location. However, lately, service has been very slow. My last visit, I hosted a lunch where one of my guests ordered steak and pomme frittes and his bearnaise sauce did not show up for almost 15 mins after he was served. At one lunch, it took approximately 10 minutes after ordering a beverage to be received. This is a great restaurant with alot of patrons, so perhaps more staff and attention to busy service times would be something to address."

The restaurant has never disappointed with its food or service. Last night we went for Dine LA and although many restaurants try to hide the fact there is a discounted menu, Bouchon handed us the menu immediately and had it proudly chalked on boards around the room. We had a great evening and a great meal."
