Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris.   • "Excellent food...I ordered the quiche of the day with greens on the side which was a kale/cheese delight! I was told it was an appetizer portion but it came out on a dinner size plate half filled with mixed baby greens in a light vinagarette and the other with a light, airy quiche (I had expected it to be more dense due to the amount of kale). My companions had the frizee salad and another had the Croque Madame. One of my companions was eating here for the 3rd time in 3 days...a foodie type...so it says a lot about the food. This was my first experience at Bouchon, but I would be sure to try them again in any of their locations!"

  • "There is no doubt that the food at Bouchon Bistro is excellent. The duck confit with lentils, in particular was a stand out. However, having to wait over 30 minutes for a table, despite booking well in advance, and the hit and miss service lessen the dining experience. The biggest problem is the level of noise, which is deafening. Wait staff are constantly having to yell to be heard and ask frequently for you to repeat your order. At my table, we could not hear each others conversation, despite being only a table of three and sitting next to each other. We all went home with headaches."

Asking the manageress about the chef and where he was from she, to our astonishment, had no idea. You tell me how a place can be run properly if management is that ignorant?"

  • "I took a friend to Bouchon, his first time and he loved it. Had never had foie gras and thought it was incredible. Too bad we have to go to Vegas to get it now that the food police in CA have outlawed it. Bouchon her is on par with Beverly Hills and Napa Valley. The wine, drinks, oysters were great. I had the chicken ( a little salty,) my friend the steak frites. Overall a great time and a great meal."

  • "What's not to love about Bouchon? It is a timeless place where you find the taste of gastronomic French cuisine. Loved the Foie Gras, asparagus appetizers, the duck confit, had a taste of the steak frites (excellent) and the truite (trout), all very tasty. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and our waiter brought 3 desserts for us to share. Having a knowledgeable sommelier was nice too. Just a great experience!!!"

  • "We went to Bouchon on a recommendation from a friend. Extremely glad we took him up on the recommendation. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The ambiance was very nice - open, light but not bright, classy. The menu isn't incredibly deep, but here is enough variety to be interesting. My wife had the Steak Frites and I had the Steak Bouchon. We got carrots with the steak frites on recommendation from Russell, our waiter - both dishes come with fries, and not a small amount either. Worth the recommendation. The fries and carrots were excellent, but both steaks were fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of flavor. Russell, our waiter, was also great - very personable and good recommendations."

  • "I loved the ambience and fresh gladiolus. Bread serve we very nice. The salmon tartar was pretty good, I thought it was a bit under seasoned. The accoutrements were very nice. The cauliflower soup had excellent mouth feel. The scallops were cooked beautifully but again I felt that the rest of the dish, savory cabbage & puree, was a bit under season. My sister had the marrow, excellent flavor. I really enjoyed the demi. She also had the lamb, which I thought was very good and the cassoulet had good flavor as well."

I have to admit that I was a little underwhelmed by the food. While the truffle fries were amazing, my salad and soup were nothing special. I would go as far as to say that the onion soup was under seasoned. The desserts were better but I don't know if I would return on my next trip to LV."

  • "A bit of understated elegance on the Vegas strip. A bit off the main flow traffic, so one has to make the effort to get there. Our service was outstanding from the start to the finish. The steak frites had a wonderful flavor, although a bit less tender than I would have preferred. The next table had the mussels and raved about them. Reasonably priced ( In Vegas dollars) for the quality and the setting."

  • "Bouchon is a wonderful restaurant in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The Venetian is tres elegante, if not totally modern. The restaurant is on a floor that is away from the noise and hubbub of the casino. It is furnished in a style to make one feel like they were in France, in a bistro. The food was exquisite. I had the rib steak with pommes frites. It was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. My husband had the mussels entree. He must have had two and a half dozen of the most tender mussels, in the most delicious sauce. The bouchons were to die for, but we ordered them with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, instead of the raspberry sorbet with raspberry sauce. My husband, the chocolate hater took a portion of the sauce home. Yum!"

There was a bone in the fish which tasted a bit old. A few mussels weren't open/dead. My salty lamb entree could have been paired with something better than beans. The seared foie gras was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the mistakes made in the other dishes gave me a bad impression of the restaurant and I'm not sure if I'd be in a rush to go back."

  • "We saw great reviews and thought we'd treat ourselves. How often are we in Vegas, right? But it was our least favourite meal we had in the 4 days we were there. I'm not saying that the food was bad, but it was certainly not to our palette. The steak was subpar, the onion soup was too thick, the polenta was 'meh' at best. Everything else was great. Service was excellent, atmosphere is exactly what you would want. It's just the food didn't fit our palette. Maybe for some people it's right in their wheelhouse and they loved every bite. That wasn't us though."

  • "Service was hovering and our waiter constantly checked in and attempted to rush us through our meal. The Terrine de Foie Gras was excellent, as were the marinated olives. It went rapidly down hill from there. The Endives and Roquefort salad was OK. The Gnocchi à la Parisienne was horrible. Tough, cold, oily gnocchi piled in a plate of oily overcooked vegetables. The Truite Poêlée was not much better. The trout was overcooked to the point of being gummy and this dish too was overly greasy. The restaurant was so hectic, it had an assembly line feel & we skipped desert & fled. Great wine list though & we enjoyed our bottle. Similar to Keller's Bouchon in Yountville, these are churn the tourist restaurants. Skip it."

  • "The food was really outstanding, from the salad (very fresh) to the seafood entrees (delicate!) to the dessert tart (the lemon is very sour, but delicious)! They also have an excellent bartender ... I had a Corpse Reviver No. 2 (cocktail) that was especially well balanced. The service is so-so ... took forever to get our check, but we could have just had a slow/busy waitress. She was very nice, though. The ambiance is good ... cute bistro-style place, fairly casual considering the great food quality. Reminiscent of Max Brenner. It's the type of place that you can either dress up for or come in business-casual attire. Great experience all around ... will definitely be back!"
