Our cuisine is fresh & simplistic with a focus on local ingredients. While we are proud to feature the abundance of “trap to table” seafood provided directly from the surrounding harbors and rivers, we certainly don’t lack in our wide selection of Certified Angus steakhouse cuts.

  • "boothbay is not a culinary destination----BHCC could change that---food was excellent---e.g.,divers scallops wrapped in crisped bacon, good saesar's salad, nicely seared and rare ahi tuna---the latter could have used more flavor in the asian sauce and perhaps something else on the large plate----wine list is very good with many affordable, decent wines---didn't particularly like their serving our Meritage just out of a 55 degree cooler----room also was a bit warm----nevertheless stephanie (head of the house) was terrific with our discussion about wine temperatures.. overall this restaurant is a great addition to the local dining scene."

  • "The country club has been redone in so many good ways. An excellent new chef, a well chosen and well priced wine list, a white tablecloth experience with some service pieces that are superb art, all with service to match by an enthusiastic staff that appears to truly appreciate their work environment. One important point for wine lovers: the RED wine was served (and stored) at proper temperature. A dining experience put together by someone who understands what makes for a great dining experience."
