There is a memorable story behind every meal. The Old Original Bookbinder’s story began in 1865 when Samuel Bookbinder opened the doors of what would become a Philadelphia landmark. Today the tradition continues at the Richmond, VA location which opened in 2000. The Old Original Bookbinder’s offers the perfect combination of rich history and atmosphere.
Close to the James River in historic Tobacco Row, steak and seafood lovers will enjoy the ambiance of exposed beams and brick walls in this refurbished tobacco warehouse. From steak to lobster to seafood, each dish is intricately prepared and beautifully presented for a fine dining experience that will leave nothing to be desired.
