Their food is always good, although steak was a little dry on this last visit. Overall, a nice meal and enjoyable with family or friends. Service is always excellent. Advise to make a reservation. My steak was ordered medium rare but was served to me medium well. Both the waiter and manager quickly responed and were able to promptly get me a steak cooked to perfection. To further redeem themselves, the manager was kind enough to offer myself AND the other three people at my table free deserts. I really appreciated this high quality act of customer service. In this day and age where restraunts and retail establishments give you less and less for your hard earned dollar, it was a breath of fresh air to realize that at Bonefish, they seemed to actually care about the happiness of their customer.
