Diner Reviews
  • "No better service, anywhere. Food was delish and plentiful. Meat was flavorful and made readily available. Love Brazilian restaurants!"

  • "Had a delicious Easter dinner at Boi Na braza with a group of 10. Great food and service. "

  • "IT WAS A GREAT EASTER BRUNCH FOR MY WIFE AND I. TOO BAD THEY ARE NOT OPEN FOR LUNCH A FEW DAYS OF THE WEEK."
    Dined on 4/20/2014
  • "The noise level was pleasant, the atmosphere was great and the food was still as good as ever. The service declined a little. I do understand that there are a lot of things that the staff need to keep track of, but I do think that they should not be ashamed to carry a notebook around. I remember having to ask for an item three times before actually receiving it. I still think a Boi Na Braza still has a way to go, before competing with the likes of Fogo de Chao."

  • "This was my lady friend first time there. She was impressed with the ambiance and the food blew her away. Her only regret was that she couldn't eat more! As was mine the first time I dine there. Great place to take someone on the first, and any, date!"

  • "Come hungry, leave full. Attentive staff, good, flavorful meat. Salad bar a bit disappointing, but you're there for meat. Be prepared to drop over $100 per couple."

  • "We have been to Boi Na Braza several times. This is the only restaurant in downtown Cincinnati we will drive from Indiana for. Every time we go there, the service just gets better and better. They treated us like we were the only ones in that restaurant. The service and of course the food was awesome as usual !! We love this restaurant."

  • "A family dinner out. Everyone enjoyed the concept but the price was over the top. Contrary to a lot of reviews the service was very good."

  • "My husband and I have been to Boi Na Braza several times and just keep coming back! This time we brought my mother-in-law for her Birthday and she loved it as well! The 50+ salad bar is amazing as well as the outstanding meat they continue to bring hot and fresh! WE love it and will be back many, many more times!"

  • "Dining here was an excellent experience! I had been to similar restaurants in Brazil, so I was most interested in how authentic it would be. They do a great job! It's interesting that the waiters imply that they are Brazilian, but our had a Spanish accent and was actually from Paraguay. They were good about replacing our cheese bread basket when it was empty--and it is delicious. The salad bar is extensive and one in our party only got the salad bar. It was a Monday, so having the ladies half price was a nice perk. Also, they did not charge for the 4-year-old, which was nice. The meat was brought around at appropriate times and our drinks were handled well. It's a great idea for a special occasion!"

  • "We had 800 reservations. Arrived a little early, waited in the bar area. They seated everyone that came in after us then came and retrieved us from the bar area. First time dining there so it was explained to us how the service worked. You basically wait on yourself except for drinks and meat. We had a discount certificate which was confiscated upon being seated. At the end of the meal we received the bill without the certificate taken off. When they removed the certificate, they added 20% gratuity. We served ourselves the majority of the meal, why on earth would we leave 20%?! Very disappointed in our "special date" night out."

  • "All meat is overcooked. Terrible salad bar. This is the worst Brazilian churrascaria int he country."

  • "We enjoyed our selves but probably not return. If I am going to spend $100 for the two of us, I don't want to stand in line to get my salad or side dishes."

  • "You will not find better service anywhere. The tip is much deserved!"

  • "We sat in the back room and some of our party only got salad bar because we are not big meat eaters. We were done before the rest of our party which was a party of 9. The waiters kept ignoring our table and would not bring meat over to those who were still eating. We have eaten here several times before and have had a good experience but I do not think I would go back. Our bill was quite expensive we were celebrating my daughters birthday and this was our youngest daughter's first time here and she said she probably would not come back. Very disappointed this time after 2 good experiences here."

  • "the waiters did a fabulous job, and very nice. My family and group of 10 was very pleased Thank you!"

  • "We were seated in the middle of the fountain square side and the server was nice until he never came back after bring us out 1st glasses of wine. The gouchos also missed our table a few times because it was in the middle and not on along the walls. It was quite disappointing. We were only approached by about 8 of 15 gauchos. We were not offered dessert whatsoever. And I had to eventually ask a busser for our check. My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves and the good was delicious but the service was horrific. I recommend this restraurant to people because it's unique but after this we will likely not be back, particularly since there are so many other restraurants in downtown that would likely give more individualized attention."

  • "Words don't exist to describe how delicious Boi na Braza is. The filet minon, top sirloin, sirloin, bottom sirloin, and the best I've ever had, and most likely will have. This is one of the most memorable meals I've ever had. It was so, so good. The lamp was excellent as well. Skip the pork sausage and garlic steak, there are other things to try."

  • "Due to familial obligations, full-time + overtime professions, and educational pursuits, my friends and I only decided to make time to see each other 1 day out of the month. Restaurants like Boi Na Braza give us the atmosphere and cuisine to enjoy each other's company."

  • "This was my second visit to this restaurant. The rest of my group was there for the first time. Everyone enjoyed every aspect of the food. The salad bar and hot sides were exceptional and the meat was superb. I'd definitely go back."

  • "Most amazing, delicious salad bar!! Items you can not find in your "typical" restaurant.. Sundried tomatoes ,artichokes, capers, smoked salmon, variety cheeses.,, Not being a huge meat lover I stuck with the salad bar and dessert. My husband opted for the full meat experience and we will be returning SOON... This is a totally different dining experience !! The service, I can not compare to any.. absolutely incredible service, they make you feel as though you are royalty (seriously) so kind and gracious and attentive without being annoying... Highly recommend you dine here.. It is a bit pricey, but worth every single delicious penny!"

  • "Over $50 per person--we knew ahead of time. Nifty dining experience if only once a year. Fresh, hot meats are plentiful and carved at the table. Carvers happy to please and ask if you have a special meat request. Unique stuff on salad bar."
    Dined on 3/15/2014
  • "Just had an awful meal. Meet was fatty, grisly, and simply not tasty. The cuts presented were only average with ribeye being the top choice. A lot of money for a meal no better than Ryan's steakhouse. Really disappointed. Had been to a very similar restaurant in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. Not this time though."

  • "You get what you pay for, which is perfection from the waiters, gauchos, hostess, managers, and food. One of my favorite restaurants and definitely worth the price. Will be back again!"

  • "We had dinner at Boi Na Braza in Cincinnati on a Saturday evening about 6 pm. The food was good, but the service was lacking, with the exception of the Manager who was on duty. When we sat down to eat a waiter introduced himself and said he was our server, we did not see him again for at least one hour. However another waiter came over and helped us a few times and the manager came to see if we needed anything. They did not explain when we arrived they worked as a team, and there was no communication between them of what was going on at our table. It took at least 45 minutes to cash out and leave, one waiter came said he was getting our check, then the other, and finally the manager came and took care of it."

  • "This is my first time eating here. The food and service was excellent. This place is neat you have a great Buffett that has salad and all of your side items on it. Then the waiters come around and offer you all kinds of meat. I enjoyed all the food. Dessert was awesome. I had the key lime pie. Dissert is extra. $7.99. Also each soft drink refil is extra after tip and Dessert out total was around $145 for two people."

  • "Booked it last minute; didn't know what to expect. Basically an upscale buffet dinner with unlimited servings. Too expensive for the quality of the food. Mediocre cuts of meat."
    Dined on 2/22/2014
  • "This place was a delight. As a meat lover, it was heaven getting to try all the different cuts with their different varieties of seasoning. The salad bar was huge but also delicious. Their desserts?? Fantastic! I would highly recommend this place. When I haven money again, or have a corporate dinner, I'll be coming back here."

  • "Love the food but was a bit overpriced for the buffet selection. Feel we paid alot for atmosphere and location. Def not a good place for kids. Great service. Would recommend for special occasions but with coupon."

  • "I enjoyed the experience but for me personally wouldn't be worth the money to be a repeat customer."

  • "I was unimpressed with Boi Na Braza. I was looking forward to tasting a lot of different types of meats in smaller portions, but after the first 3 pieces I realized, everything tasted exactly the same. It was oversalted and undercooked. The salad bar had instant mashed potatoes, and not a lot of fresh veggies or dressing options. The service was good, and the ambience was very nice (low light, light music, the option to be "left alone" by using the red/green card), but I wouldn't go back."

  • "Amazing food. Great service. Will definitely be back"
    Dined on 2/15/2014
  • "The food and ambiance were amazing. It was quiet when we were there, but I could see it getting noisy because of the way the restaurant works -- servers are constantly coming to your table and offering you a new cut of a meat. Every cut tasted great. Just FYI -- if you want to get your money's worth, come hungry, because you can eat a lot here!"

  • "Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Service was great."

  • "My husband and I received a giftcard from our family for christmas to Boi na Braza so I made a reservation for valentines day. The service was outstanding, everyone is so attentive without being overlly pushy. The food was delicious! If you are looking for healthy options though this may not be the restaurant for you. It is heavy on meat and many of there side dishes are prepared with creamy sauces. With that being said this was the perfect valentines day spot and a special occasion kind of treat. Be ready to spend some cash though, with 2 dinners and bottle of wine our bill with tip was just short of 200."
