The Chateaubriand savory flavor was cause to just hold the piece of steak in your mouth. Surprisingly it was so tender that it seem to melt in your mouth as you held the piece to savor the flavor. The steamed fresh asparagus and carrots were perfectly prepared Al Dente. You are served a pentiful amount, which means you may not have room for some of the amazing desserts that are on the menu. The wine list was so extensive, but a skilled Wine Steward is on staff. Well, if you are rating a restaurant 5-star, you can only imagine how wonderful the service is.

After much research, decided to try Bohanan's. I was in the mood for a good steak and a romantic evening out. Everything was perfect! The food was outstanding, the service was beyond my expectations and the overall experience was one to be remembered. Definitely plan on returning! Would highly recommend, and already have to friends and family! We usually pass on steak restaurants since I don't like steak. Their menu has something on it for everyone. If your pettite like me or just don't eat a whole lot but want to try something new; I recomend the foie gras. It is searesd with and nicley placed atop of fluffy frech toast with a pear halve in honey glaze. The escargot was a great appetizer too. Mo is exceptional! The caprese salad was the best we've ever had. Leisurely pace, never felt rushed. The candied jalapenos are amazing. We had the bone in ribeye which was very good, so slightly disappointed we could not say it was the best steak ever, but it was REALLY good. The less expensive wines we chose by the glass were still quite good. The flaky apple tart for dessert was excellent as was the tequila crema that our waiter suggested as an after dinner drink. My fiancée and I were treated to amazing service as soon as we sat down. The Sommelier helped us with our wine choice which made looking at the extensive wine list easier. We both opted for the small filet mignon, which is delicious, but not the most flavorful of the cuts. We chose them because we were not hungry enought for the larger cuts. I tried the grilled oysters for the first time, instead of my usual fois gras. Frankly, I was a little disappointed, but that's because I've never found a cooked oyster that was a good as a raw oyster. This was the best cooked oyster I ever had, but still not great.
