On par with some of Manhattan's best Latin restaurants but located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Bogota Latin Bistro is a neighborhood restaurant that offers Latin-inspired /Colombian dishes and drinks including mojitos, caipirinhas, aguardiente and imported Latin American wines and beers in a fun,… funky and casual environment. We have a great happy hour and serve brunch Saturday and Sunday with reduced prices on our most popular drinks. Our menu features an assortment of small plates, large plates, side dishes, and desserts that allow you to mix, match and share dishes to create a customized dining experience on every visit. House specialties include Bandeja Paisa, Arroz con Pollo, Empanadas, Arepas and other Colombian classics. Friday and Saturday, our kitchen is open until 1AM and we have a late night happy hour from midnight until closing. We also have an enclosed patio which is available for private parties all year around.

"Started with the Elote Asado, which was fantastic, then had the Empanada Sampler. My favs were the steak and cheese by far. The Ropa Vieja was good, a little saltier than I wldve liked, but worked fantastically with rice and beans. Our server, Johanna, was FANTASTIC. Incredibly attentive and accommodating, she was perfectly pleasant and incredibly helpful. I will def be going back and ask to be seated in her section. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. All around major thumbs up for this place"

"We came in with a group of 20 split over two tables under 2 reservations. Bogota was abel to seat our two tables next to each other on short notice and provided us with excellent service. Definitely a great spot for a big group!"

"We have been to Bogota Bistro several times. Each time the staff has been friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are consistently good. We bring our two yr old and the waitress/waiters are always nice to her, they bring her the little sticks so she can entertain herself."

"The hostess wasn't very friendly. I made a reservation. We arrived on time. They were still setting up. There was no one in the place yet she insisted that we wait on the last member of our group (who had called to say she was running a few minutes late) before we could be seated. I would have understood if they were packed, but there were seriously 4 other tables in the entire restaurant that were occupied, and it didn't fill up quickly once we were seated. Once we got to our table, all was well."

"We've been going to this place for years and always enjoy the food. However, this last visit felt like it has lost a little of its charm and is becoming a bit more mainstream. Food and drinks are still excellent, but not as quirky and tasty as past visits. Service was fine except the waitress did not bring us our free appetizer we unlocked via Foursquare...so we saved a few calories there! We still recommend this place highly!"
