Our steaks (that is why we went there) were cooked exactly to our preferences. The cut was thick and tender.
The only place where the meal did not live up to our expectations was the side dishes. While the béarnaise sauce on the potatoes was wonderful, the potatoes under the sauce were tough. The cream spinach was overly cheesy. Smith and Wollensky has them beat on the side dishes. We had our new grandbaby girl with us this time. No doubt she will grow up, like her mommy and daddy, marking special occasions at Bob's. Bob's on Lemmon is one of the Outstanding World Class in Dallas. My guest had the 16 oz. Strip and me the 16oz filet. We split and each enjoyed what can only be described “as good as it get”! Med-rare crisp exterior, very small gray outline and tender juicy favorable beef! The Lemmon location of Bob’s is the best and far superior to other locations.
