I was impressed with your scotch selection! This is the first restaurant in the DMV that stocks Pinch! The prices were reasonable! The service was great! This year, my husband chose to dine at Bobby Van's Steakhouse, which was a most spectacular dining experience--We were impressed from the moment we walked into Bobby Van's! Our waiter was very professional and very attentive to our every request. Our martinis were excellent--We would still love to know the "secret recipe" for the French Martini! The Porterhouse Steak Entree for Two was grilled to perfection w/ the most flavorful taste! The birthday dessert was a nice "surprise" for both of us. We have decided that Bobby Van's is, no doubt, THE BEST STEAKHOUSE IN THE WASHINGTON DC AREA, and we look forward to many more dininig outings at Bobby Van's!3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMOur friends got married inOur friends got married in DC and wanted to have a good ole steak for their wedding dinner. From the second we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They gave us complimentary champagne and everyone who came in contact with us congratulated the newly weds.
The food was delicious. Between the four of us we had the sauteed sea scallops, half roasted chicken, the Porterhouse, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, asparagus and hash browns. We ate our weight in food but enjoyed every second of it.
I just can't say enough about the wonderful service we received. I would highly recommend Bobby Van's on 15th for a special occasion.
