We were seated promptly even though we arrived earlier than our reservation and was allowed ample time to wait for the remainder of our group to arrive before taking some time to order. On the day that we went, the top floor was bought out, and thus we were seated in the pub area - and the ambiance was not bad there either, although the environment was slightly louder than expected. The seafood in each of the dishes we ordered were very fresh, and the dishes overall were well executed. In addition to the dineout menu, we also ordered 2 fresh oysters each, but they were rather small for the money we paid - it was probably not in season. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I will come again for another special occasion.

Food was poor. BC wild salmon wasnt cooked right. I honestly can cook a better wild samon. Lobster was too dry and a tiny portion. I can cook a better lobster with cheese. Creme bruleee wasnt the best ive tasted. Waitresses are hot tho. Good job hiring hot waitresses.

The food here was delicious. I started off with the Lobster Bisque which was super tasty even though it was only luke warm. For an entree, I had the Crab & Lobster Ravioli. Wow. This dish was sooo good and so filling! I would come back just for this. For dessert, I had the Mocha Mud Pie, which I was surprised to learn is an icecream pie. I love ice cream, so it was a pleasant surprise.
We were seated on the main floor, which has a more casual feeling... overall the service was good. My water glass stayed full and the servers were timely and attentive.

Great bunch of restaurants but the english bay location has got nothing in the kitsilano location. Kitsilano far better food, ambiance and service. I would avoid the English Bay location.

The service was very slow today. We had reservations for 7:00. We were on time, but had to wait until 7:15 to be seated. The hostess was incompetent after asking me 3 times who the reservation was under. The food is always good but the waitor was not very attentive to our needs: no bread offered, noone came to ask for drinks, and the appetizer did not come out until almost 8:00. We did not finish dinner until 9:45. Needless to say we were not pleased that we had to wait a long time to complete our dinner.
