Couldn't eat it all and not to mention that we payed for each steak $50 and up. The only thing i liked was crab cake. The best. But we were there for steak :("

  • "We came for a wonderful dinner and Boa didn't disappoint. We were sat at a table at the window with a great view of the fancy cars wizzing by in hopes of seeing a few stars. 3 of us had filets (1 with the bone) and they were the best filets ever. My husband had the veal and loved it. We had cauliflower, gnocchi and the bacon-cheddar mashed potatoes for sides; each were tasty. We had s'mores and the deep fried pecan pies to sweeten the meal. Yum! While waiting for our car at the valet stand, Janice Dickenson came from across the street and the cameras started flashing. Janice happens to be one of my daughter's biggest idols. Janice was wonderful and took a photo with my daughter. I would have to say all in all, it was a fantastic night!"

  • "We sat outside it was a perfect spot, quiet and cozy. Service was excellent Jason our waiter and rest of the staff were on top of all our needs. Tableside Ceasar salad is a must, I had the Petite Filet mignon and it was cook MR like I asked and it was tender with a great flavor, bread was warm. Chicken was also delicious. Desert is a must we have the butter cake with vanilla cream and strawberries it was to die for... We will be back :)"

It's isn't as good as a Sparks in NY, but the beauty of the place coupled with good food and pretty people make it a very entertaining night out."

  • "Food was ok. One steak had to be sent back which was pretty surprising. Service was slow and forced. A wine somm came by once, we were right by the host stand with 2 hostess, and one would assume a manager was near by, but yet no one seemed to notice that it took 15 minutes to be greeted, 20 minutes for each round of drinks (vodka rocks), 45 minutes for food and another 30 for the steak to be recooked. Also when a $51 steak has to be sent back for a refire, I'm pretty shocked that NO ONE bothered to check back and see if it was okay or how everything was. I understand it's LA and some people linger, but it was a Sunday night and we weren't looking to be there all night, but for 4 of us, it ended up taking over 3 hours for 3 courses."

  • "We ordered the center cut filet, the fish special, beef carpaccio, goat cheese baklava, bacon and cheese potatoes and truffled cauliflower. Everything was excellent. The service was very slow at 7 pm and it was not busy. Two person tables are close together. Drink specials are ok. Very pleasant at the hostess stand. Would go back again and give it another try."

  • "We were seated in the enclosed patio which I hated. It was a rainy night in LA and the patio was cold & damp. I could also smell cigarette smoke because it's a patio. It's not equal to the dining room. I made a reservation a week in advance and wasn't able to move to the dining room. When you plan for a night out and pay big bucks you should have the option of sitting inside."

  • "A friend said that this was his favorite steak restaurant and I was skeptical to say the least. But, it lived up to my high expectations. The Caesar salad was the best I have ever had, the steak was cooked perfectly (I had a very large...petite filet.....larger than most "regular" filets in other restaurants), and we fought over the Brussels sprouts. We got the sauce plate with 8 different yummy sauces for the steaks. The service was impeccable and friendly and it was topped off with a birthday baked alaska with a sparkler celebration. We had a great experience and a really good meal."

  • "Amazing food, very interesting & delicious selection of cocktails and a beautiful wine selection. We had prosciutto for starters, I had the prawns for main, with broccolini & asparagus for sides that were shared on the table, my husband had the 21 day aged rib eye. Everything was amazing, spot on! As everyone knows its pricey, but that's what you expect eating at BOA and its definitely worth it. I read some reviews saying the hosts and waitstaff were unattentive and rude but in my experience it was the total opposite, our waitress was lovely and we didn't feel rushed at all (not like our previous eating experience at the ivy) its a goot hotspot for ppl watching too. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!."

  • "BOA is my favorite restaurant by far. The service is great, the food is great, and the ambiance is great. There is nothing that isn't great. If you like steak and great energy, there is no better place than BOA! I came here for my birthday with my wife and we had an amazing and magical night. When we arrived, our favorite table was waiting for us; the rest of the night was just as good. The Caesar salad made to our liking at table side was to die for. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the dessert and coffee were perfect as well!"

  • "This dining experience was the low point of our anniversary weekend. Ordering off the menu is just like ordering from P.F. Chang's. This experience went south once we were seated. The area was very tight and in between 2 other tables. There was no privacy what so ever. Service was great until we waited over 20 minutes for our entrees. I honestly feel like our server Elizabeth forgot to put our orders into the kitchen. After she noticed we hadn't received our food, she passive agressively informed us our food would be out shortly. Once we received the main course, the flavor of the food wasn't so great that it made the evening better, it made it worse. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Other than the wine and salad, nothing was special."

  • "I've heard about Boa's food and scene for years. So, I finally went for my daughter's 24th birthday. The restaurant is definitely trendy....and expensive (valet is $12 With validation). The service was terrific but the food was fair at best. I started my meal with their famous ceasar salad. The salad was elaborately prepared at the table. But it was nothing special. I ordered the salmon. Salmon is an easy fish to prepare but somehow they messed it up- overcooked and with way too much pepper. My daughter had the surf n turf. For $112 dollars she got an ok meal. Nothing special. The absolute best thing about the meal was the eskimo pie...a special birthday dessert. Guess what? It was free!! I would never go to Boa again. Mediocre at best."

  • "I've dined here quite a few times and service and food has always been exceptional. The waitstaff is highly trained and aimed to please at all times. Never rushed and always looking after our glasses. I didn't even notice that my wine glass was refilled a couple times before it was too late. I was thinking, I take really small sips ... Nope, our head waiter was just that superb. The friends I took have never been to such an establishment and they were completely in awe. I am glad I took them and I am glad Boa has lived up to the stellar service I have come to expect. I always order the bone-in filet and that was cooked to perfection. Tried the bacon jam and that will be my go-to spread for my steak. Everyone was satisfied. Thank you!"

  • "Wow. Service was on their game. Never had my water & iced tea glass empty. Food was divine. Had a cappuccino for the end of my meal & it was the best I've ever had! They have an awesome Barista! (I'm a barista myself, I appreciate a well made espresso beverage) It was also my friends birthday & they brought her out a complimentary dessert with a huge sparkler! The gentelman that sang to her was so sweet! I've lived in California my whole life & this was my first visit. I will definetly be coming here more often!"
