The service was fast and friendly in spite of how busy it was. The atmosphere was a little more casual than expected but a really solid menu with a wide range of choices and very good service made two moms (79 and 85 years old) very happy! They got us to the front window with no problem (we were very early diners) and the younger more bar oriented crowd were happily outside keeping the interior very peaceful. Excellent experience and reasonable prices. However, this visit was especially memorable. It was my friend's birthday. She and I have an inside joke. One of us got an incredibly tacky lime-green ceramic cow a couple of years ago, and our game is to sneak it back and forth to each other. This time I asked our waitress (I think her name was Alicia - she's from Hawaii) to bring it in with our dessert. When the time came, she brought it to our table on a lovely white serving platter. My friend just howled with surprise and laughter. The Outdoor seating was a bit cramped and dangerous with a step right behind 1 chair and a cement ledge behind the opposite chair. Even though they were busy, our food and all the food I could see was attractively presented and timely. Our meals were great, as were the drinks from the bar. The server was attentive. All in all, it was a great experience!
