The King Salmon -- fantastic; halibut carpaccio with jalapeno outstanding; sauteed sea bass was beautifully prepared. We also had the seafood tempura and it too was excellent. Every dish comes beautifully garnished which only adds to the dinner. We had a bottle of Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc to go with the meal. There are always very unique dishes or fish offered nightly and each item is prepared with beauty. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The bento lunch is the best I have ever had.
