Service was excellent and Bloody Marys delicious. A basket of what seemed like pannetone and a carrot bread was brought right away. Two of us had classic Eggs Benedict and one had the egg white omelette. All very flavorful. The omelette was chuck full of fresh veggies. The only part of the meal none of us cared for we're the potatoes but maybe it was just us. The setting is exquisite on this old bank building. It was a great time overall. You can always depend on wonderful foods so artfully prepared. The service was excellent and they always go out of their way to make it special. Great staff. The hostess might have been more tactful. Not a very good first impression. The restaurant was a bit too hectic....too many graduations going on, perhaps a wedding too? We had to wait a half hour for our reservation

You may want to offer another one or two options for those individuals who do not eat seafood. This can be a challenge because my mom has many dietary issues and preferences. None of that was a challenge here. Blue Water Grill was lovely. The space is ambient and beautiful for a special occasion and the menu is varied. You can go totally decadent and order oysters and caviar or keep it simple with a lobster/shrimp roll.
The big stand out here is the top-notch staff and servers. Our server was so witty and lovely with us that my mother and her friend kept talking about taking him home.They were smitten. He made them feel special while visiting. It really set the tone for the whole day.

Drinks were on point food was delicious, especially the appetizers. You have to try the lobster and shrimp springs rolls. A perfect ending to a great day. Made a reservation and we were seated immediately. The place was very busy but we were not rushed at all. Fried calamari was the best I ever tasted and I have tasted a lot! Oysters were outstanding! We sat in the upper level which to me is the place to be.
