  • "We chose BRG because we have happy memories there and it was our 25th Wedding Anniversity. Everything was great! Perfect choice and evening."

  • "Always a great spot for a business lunch. On the pricey side and portions aren't huge but service is wonderful and food is tasty."

  • "My wife and I went to BRG for brunch. I love to eat out and I will let everyone in the world know Blue Ridge Grill is amazing. It started with the valet and continued throughout the entire meal. Our server Evan was truly one of the best we have ever had. His mannerism and the way he carried himself was impressive. The food was not to shabby either. There chef really knows what he is doing. Over all a great time and I hope Evan is there for a long time."

  • "They decorated our table with confetti and the menu had Happy Anniversary at the top. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. A great place for all kinds of occasions."

  • "Blue Ridge continues to be our favorite place to dine in Atlanta either for a special occasion or for just dropping by after a day at Lenox and Phipps. I can honestly say that we have never had a bad experience with either the food or the service. Everything is outstanding. My wife and I enjoy getting there early and enjoying a few cheddar coins and a cocktail in the front room. My daughters even love the Coca Cola in a green glass bottle. Saturday's flounder was amazing and I don't normally like white fish due to Catholic School fish stick Friday flashbacks."

  • "Consistently Good...love their specials, wait staff is always attentive."

  • "I made a reservation for me, my granddaughter, and an old friend. We arrived a little early and waited a short time. Once seated, the service was fine. I had met one of the wait staff before, and we had a connection; she had gone to a school named after my father. The waitperson came and reviewed the menu. I must say that I thought a detailed review of menu options distracted from our conversation with each other. I realize the detailed review was well meaning."

  • "Thought we would try a new place for our anniversary and Blue Ridge Grill was an outstanding choice. The food was very tasty. The service was top notch. Our waiter made the evening special and memorable for us by going beyond our expectations. If you love a good rib eye then you will enjoy an extremely tasteful, juicy, and plentiful one at BRG."

  • "I have eaten at the Blue Ridge Grill several times before but this time took customers from Belgium there to let them experience upscale southern cuisine. They absolutely loved it. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly nice, and the food is amazing. From the fresh fish selections, to the steaks, to the sides, everything is cooked to perfection and outstanding. Highly recommend!"

  • "We took our Son to Blue Ridge Grill for his 21st birthday. We were surprised that the table had birthday confetti and birthday customized menus, not to mention the nice desert presentation and take home biscotti gifts from the staff. What attention to detail-all from making comments in my OpenTable reservation about the event. Now onto the Service. Smart. Great guidance on the menu & table detail without getting in the way of the conversation. Food - consistently great. Try the mussel appetizer and the Pork Chop! We will be back!"

  • "We had to attend a funeral on Father's Day weekend in another state and our children could not celebrate with their Father and Grandfather until this past Sunday. We came straight after church so we practically had the place to ourselves. All of the gifts were about fun memories and wishes Dad/Hubby/Grandpa may have made at some point in his life and we made those dreams come true! We will definitely be back. It had been awhile for my husband and me and this visit reminded us how much we loved this restaurant."

  • "I just love this place. From the moment you let Valet open the door, your experience is First Class. Get there early so you can enjoy the front porch with a Woodford before the guests arrive. The whole experience is everything we desire for a couples dinner or the perfect Christmas Dinner with my office family. I strongly encourage you make this a monthly dining experience and plan it in your budget...."

  • "I'm using Atlanta restaurant standards for this review since there are so many great restaurants. Nothing overwhelimingly memorable, but still recommend a try. The server was very knowledgeable and kind. I started with the Kale salad and my date had the Lobster gnocci. My salad was pretty good, as the only thing denying it from a great review was the dressing, lacking one or two ingredients for my taste. The Lobster gnocci was magnificent. Light and airy with a great sauce. My pork chop was well prepared, and the mustard greens were a nice compliment. My date had the duck breast, and my only criticism was the dry rub was overpowering as the gamey flavor of the duck breast was lost. It was a good rub though with strong flavors."

  • "Greeted with "Happy Anniversary" we were escorted to our decorated table and give special anniversary menus. A superb waiter took care of us and made sure it was a special celebration. Hot crusty bread was delicious and perfect with our excellent salads. We then thoroughly enjoyed a perfectly prepared Red Fish and stuffed Springer chicken entres with the best corn souffle ever made. To top off a fine meal we were served a complimentary Baked Alaska desert. After dining in Atlanta our entire lives I am not sure we have ever been more warmly treated. It was a memorable evening."

  • "I have been here a number of times over the years and the place remains a really good restaurant. Menu and specials are always top notch; and their service is always tremendous. Restaurant physical space needs some updating however."

  • "You can not go wrong eating here. The food is always excellent and the service is outstanding. My only wish is that it was closer to my home so I could eat there more."

  • "I loved the omelette that the chef fixed. My stepmother ordered the corn beef hash and did not like it at all. My brother tasted it and thought it had a weird taste, too. But everything else was great."

  • "Seems we're always the youngest patrons in here when we come by about 40 years (we're in our early 30's) but the food, service, and overall expirence is always wonderful. They pay attention to requists and actually want to have an enjoyable time so you will come back."

  • "Dining in the Atlanta area you have a solid choice of competitive restaurant fare. Blue Ridge Grill manages to hold its own with aplomb. We had a 5 person party and the orders were somewhat complicated. The restaurant met every need and exceeded in every category. Frankly, I cannot think of a single negative. While it may not have the oaky ambiance of Canoe or the vibrant beat of Del Frisco's Atlanta, Blue Ridge has a homey, quiet reserve with 5 star food quality. For anything from business meeting to quiet celebration, this is the place."

  • "Blue Ridge Grill is on the upscale side. It's certainly not somewhere I just pop in for a quick bite so when I saw two tables with children who looked like they had literally just came in from the pool - swim shorts, flips flops, etc. - it was dismaying. This was a Friday night, not that I want to see that any night of the week in a nice restaurant, but honestly it brought the atmosphere down considerably. Is there no policy against that kind of attire?"

  • "Our evening was simply excellent. From our arrival to our departure the staff exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and the staff was perfect in how they attended to us at the table - not hovering, not rushing our meal but timely with refills and check ins."

  • "As usual, top drawer service and food. Dependable, Southern hospitality with quality staff. We had a marvelous time. Wine list is notable."

  • "This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I'm glad I did. I took my wife to dinner after we've both had a long week. The service was 5 star. The from the appetizers to the desserts to the mixed drinks....this restaurant was awesome. The decor was warm and cozy from the exposed beams to the intimate booths. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple or group looking for great dinning experience and great tasting food."

  • "We recently celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary at The Blue Ridge Grill, and it was a great choice, made by my husband. Since we have been to several of Atlanta's notable restaurants, we try to research one that is new to us for special occasions. We are always slightly apprehensive that a new restaurant will measure up to our previous experiences: however, not only did The Blue Ridge Grill measure up - it surpassed our expectations! Not only was the food superb, the service was extraordinary - professional, yet friendly and superbly attentive, which made our romantic occasion even more memorable! Thank you again, and we will recommend The Blue Ridge Grill to our friends and family!"

  • "In my Open Table reservation, I mentioned we would be celebrating my husband's birthday & asked if they had a special dessert? BRG went above & beyond...the menu had Happy birthday printed on it & the table had confetti & Hershey kisses. Our server was excellent. Attentive, helpful & knowledgeable & happy. Loved the easy to use iPad wine list...had never seen that before. Our salads, soups @ entrees were all wonderful. To our surprise, he brought a flaming baked Alaska for dessert that we all shared-yes, delicious & very special indeed! Well done, Blue Ridge Grill! "

  • "A bit pricey. Food delicious. Didn't see enough service, water not refilled, wine not poured, cutlery taken away after first course and not replaced after entre was served, ask to ask for it. Had to flag server down to get her to take credit card with bill."

  • "The Blue Ridge Grill is my number one choice for a business lunch or special lunch occasion. The service is always impeccable and food continues to be outstanding. Love the Lobster Club Sandwich. "

  • "Blue Ridge Grill is my lunch staple. Food is consistently fabulous; service is super and bathrooms are always clean & accommodating (read mouthwash & hand lotion). The host/hustles is always warm & friendly; the valets remember you name & your vehicle - all the details matter!"

  • "When you come in the door, you are made to feel welcome. We were seated immediately even though the restaurant was very busy. The server welcomed us by name and knew we were from out of town. He gave great info. on their wines and dinner specials. When we asked him about sharing a salad, he had it served on individual plates that was more than enough for the 2 of us. The pecan chicken is excellent, and my husband loved the Georgia trout. We will definitely return to the Blue Ridge when we are in Atlanta. "
