The presentation is simple, which I like, and the flavors are outstanding. I don't understand how it's possible to whip a potato into such a light concoction, but the result is to die for. My filet was cooked perfectly, the quality of the meat top notch, and the flavor, again, outstanding. Nothing complicated or fancy, just a well prepared, properly seasoned, cut. The pork chop was also perfectly prepared and flavorful. Desserts were fantastic.
The service was excellent. We were well taken care of and attended to. Our server was knowledgeable, and his recommendations were ultimately perfectly executed. The wine list is excellent.
