"I was disappointed in the service..I felt a place of this quality would have done much better..

The place had a great feel about it..I think its a great romantic get away..If i thought the service would be better I would make the Blue Marlin a top priority.."

"As always the food at Blue Marlin was amazing. The pimento cheese was great and the Shrimp and Grits are indeed the best in town. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and was helpful to the new comer tables around us. He eagerly explained his favorite dishes."

"The Blue Marlin is a fantastic time in the Vista in downtown Columbia, SC. We went for an event at the Colonial Life area, and it was only a short walking distance. Not only is the food and atmosphere great, but the Vista area is very impressive. Several hotels are in walking distance as well. Appetizer: calamari. I had the crab cakes - over 90% crab meat. My husband had the shrimp and grits. All were perfect."
