blue grillhouseAnother excellent dinner at Blue!As our son attends Lehigh, we frequent Blue 2-3 times per year. Food is always well prepared & tasty. For this meal the Scallops were superb! Tuna was wonderful & cooked to order and the Salmon was a hit.

As indicated above, everything about our late afternoon visit was outstanding.
I will say that I miss the Bananas Foster that was on the menu when we first found Blue.
When we arrived, the music was very loud. I don't know what the music was. It was very rocky and certainly not dinner music. We asked our waiter if he would turn it down and he accommodated our request. As for the kind of music, it might be suitable for the bar area, but not so for the general dinning area.
The new outside dinning area looks like a winner, but it was much too cold to eat outside inspite of your heaters.

My steak was a LITTLE disappointing in that it was thinner than I thought it should be and SLIGHTLY more cooked. I ordered it rare and it was prepared medium rare. I would have preferred a 1.5 inch to 2 inch cut and I got a 1 inch cut. Why the detail: to explain the SLIGHT disappointment in the steak. However all other facets were the tops! The layout of the buffet was perfect and allowed you to not have to wait in line forever to get food. Also, the kid's selection of food was perfect!
