We have not been back to Blue since their rennovation, so decided to make a night out of it with another couple. The four of us each had something different. The cocktails and appetizers at Blue are very creative and usually made very well. This occassion was no different. However, the main entrees on the other hand- to be honest were not that spectacular. For the price my husband paid for his steak, he's had much, much better. Same for my swordfish. Personally when you pay $30-$50+ on a dinner- it should come with more than bread OR be absolutely mouth-watering. ESPECIALLY with all of the other FABULOUS restaurant options in the Lehigh Valley. We dont mind at all spending a lot of money on dining out- dinner just wasn't worth it here.

We were in the restaurant for Easter Brunch. The food was good but we felt as a special occasion brunch the food selection was limited to the same old same old. The Lamb was excellent!First I was expecting the Brunch menu on the site thinking that would be what I would be offered on Easter.Far more interesting then make your own omelet, the bacon,sausage,reg. french toast was sort of diner-ish.
Where were the desserts? cake,fruit tarts,bites of cheese cake,the dessert table it was Easter! We did order a strawberry short cake on our own but it was not the same. The dinner menu was offered but at 11:15 big streaks and sort are not what you want.

Went on Easter at noon so they had a buffet instead of their regular brunch menu.
Decent omelet from omelet station. French toast on buffet line was good too.
Otherwise limited buffet selection mostly breakfast only for $25.
They had their dinner menu available but not usual brunch menu so was disappointed.

My family and I eat here 6 - 7 times a year. Always good, so we thought we'd try the brunch buffet. VERY disappointed. Very over-priced - Food was cold - We honestly were shocked at how bad it really was. We spent $110 - 2 drinks ordered - for 2 adults and 2 children. So unhappy.

We have eaten at Blue for dinner MANY MANY times and love it! This is the first time we have dined here for brunch buffet. ALthough the food was wonderful I felt that it was very sparse for the price paid. Now,maybe their dinner buffet was more plentiful, but we went early (10:00 a.m.) for breakfast and I felt that there was were not many choices.
